東北地區(qū)制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:東北地區(qū)地處東北亞的中心,制造業(yè)實(shí)力突出。從東北地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化趨勢來看,二產(chǎn)的增加值約為GDP的一半左右,制造業(yè)又是二產(chǎn)的主體部分,這就意味著,制造業(yè)在東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著決定性作用。從國外制造業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢來看,制造業(yè)的價值正向研發(fā)、分銷和服務(wù)等領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)移,并需要越來越多的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)介入。與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,東北地區(qū)的制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品鏈附加值不高,主要原因是與其相關(guān)的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展落后,一個產(chǎn)品能夠銷售出去并帶來利潤,需要借助采購物流、生產(chǎn)物流、銷售物流、回購物流等多種不同作用物流的力量,制造企業(yè)通過物流需求的釋放帶動物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展。物流業(yè)作為生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),不僅參與到制造業(yè)發(fā)展的各個方面,而且還可以作為一種先進(jìn)的組織,參與整個供應(yīng)鏈的管理,通過投入中間要素,生產(chǎn)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)將得到優(yōu)化、整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的效率將得到提升,該行業(yè)的核心競爭了將得到改善,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)將有助于制造業(yè)大步前進(jìn)。因此,東北地區(qū)制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展,有利于兩產(chǎn)業(yè)相互促進(jìn),更快速的發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)“1+12”的效果,也將促進(jìn)東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 本文以科斯交易成本理論、亞當(dāng)·斯密的專業(yè)分工理論、Gary Hamel和C.K.Prahaoad的核心競爭力理論、Herman Haken的協(xié)同效應(yīng)理論、鄧聚龍的灰色系統(tǒng)理論為理論支撐,采用定量與定性分析、文獻(xiàn)搜集法等方法,結(jié)合實(shí)例詳細(xì)的剖析了制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)兩產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展的情況,并建立灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型對東北三省制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了分析,得出東北三省制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)關(guān)系顯著,但聯(lián)動發(fā)展不同步,與全國相比,兩業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展的比較慢。最后指出東北地區(qū)兩業(yè)聯(lián)動過程中遇到的難題,就如何促進(jìn)制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展提出對策:推進(jìn)制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程再造和物流服務(wù)外包;提升物流服務(wù)的層次水平;加大政府的支持力度;加大力度培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的物流人才。
[Abstract]:Northeast region is located in the center of Northeast Asia, manufacturing strength is outstanding. From the trend of industrial structure change in Northeast China, the added value of secondary industry is about half of GDP, and the manufacturing industry is the main part of secondary industry, which means that manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in the economic development of Northeast China. According to the development trend of foreign manufacturing industry, the value of manufacturing industry is shifting to R & D, distribution and service, and more and more productive services are needed. Compared with the developed countries, the value added of the manufacturing products chain in the Northeast region is not high. The main reason is that the development of the related logistics industry is backward, a product can be sold out and bring profits, and it needs to rely on purchasing logistics to produce logistics. Sales logistics, repurchase logistics and other different forces of logistics, manufacturing enterprises through the release of logistics demand to promote the development of logistics industry. The logistics industry, as a producer service industry, is not only involved in all aspects of manufacturing development, but also as an advanced organization, participating in the management of the entire supply chain. Through the input of intermediate elements, the internal structure of production will be optimized. The efficiency of the entire industry chain will be improved, the core competition of the industry will be improved, and the logistics industry will help the manufacturing industry to move forward. Therefore, the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Northeast China is conducive to the mutual promotion and faster development of the two industries, so as to realize the effect of "112" and promote the development of economy in Northeast China. This paper is based on Coase transaction cost theory, Adam Smith's division of labor theory and C.K.Prahaoad 's core competence theory and Herman Haken's synergetic effect theory, and takes Deng Julong's grey system theory as theoretical support, and adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the methods of literature collection, this paper analyzes in detail the relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry, and establishes a grey relational model to analyze the correlation between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in the three provinces of Northeast China. It is concluded that the relationship between the manufacturing industry and logistics industry in the three provinces of Northeast China is remarkable, but the linkage development is not synchronous, and compared with the whole country, the development of the linkage between the two industries is relatively slow. Finally, the paper points out the difficulties encountered in the process of the linkage between the two industries in Northeast China, and puts forward countermeasures on how to promote the development of the linkage between manufacturing industry and logistics industry: to promote manufacturing enterprises' production process reengineering and logistics service outsourcing, to enhance the level of logistics services, and to raise the level of logistics services. Increase government support; increase efforts to train professional logistics personnel.
