品牌文胸區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商庫(kù)存優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:庫(kù)存是企業(yè)生存的根本。對(duì)于經(jīng)營(yíng)本質(zhì)是買進(jìn)賣出的經(jīng)銷商而言,其庫(kù)存成本不僅指貨品本身,還包含庫(kù)存流動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)所衍生的其他成本。如何核實(shí)企業(yè)當(dāng)前庫(kù)存成本問題,對(duì)存在的庫(kù)存弊病進(jìn)行處理和解決,一直是企業(yè)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。目前存在較多的庫(kù)存相關(guān)研究,主要集中于制造商和終端商,對(duì)于服裝經(jīng)銷商庫(kù)存優(yōu)化的研究尚少,尤其是品牌文胸經(jīng)銷商的庫(kù)存優(yōu)化研究更少。本課題以L品牌文胸區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其旗下Y品牌文胸庫(kù)存流動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行研究,分析L品牌文胸區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商向廠家訂貨環(huán)節(jié)、下線零售商訂貨會(huì)環(huán)節(jié)及貨品入庫(kù)環(huán)節(jié)存在的庫(kù)存問題,設(shè)計(jì)具體的優(yōu)化方案,最后將優(yōu)化方案投入企業(yè)使用,完成優(yōu)化效果的驗(yàn)證。本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)通過國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的查閱和對(duì)L品牌文胸區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商企業(yè)的實(shí)習(xí)調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)其庫(kù)存問題在庫(kù)存流動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)中產(chǎn)生,進(jìn)一步確定課題的研究方向;(2)通過對(duì)Y品牌文胸庫(kù)存流動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)的研究,分析其核心環(huán)節(jié)為向廠家訂貨環(huán)節(jié)、下線零售商訂貨會(huì)環(huán)節(jié)及貨品入庫(kù)環(huán)節(jié),進(jìn)而對(duì)以上三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)分析影響庫(kù)存的問題;(3)通過文獻(xiàn)查閱法、調(diào)查問卷法、訪談法確定Y品牌文胸消費(fèi)權(quán)重比例系數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出Y品牌文胸貨品評(píng)價(jià)表;(4)通過對(duì)二維碼技術(shù)的分析研究,提出該項(xiàng)技術(shù)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)下線零售商現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訂貨會(huì)與L品牌文胸區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)店鏈接的理念,并以此為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)了下線零售商訂貨會(huì)環(huán)節(jié)庫(kù)存優(yōu)化的具體方案;通過訪談法設(shè)計(jì)了Y品牌文胸VIP參照款訂貨利潤(rùn)表,實(shí)現(xiàn)下線零售商訂貨會(huì)期間訂貨數(shù)量的有效參照;通過用戶調(diào)查問卷的主觀評(píng)價(jià)及企業(yè)投入優(yōu)化方案的客觀數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)該環(huán)節(jié)庫(kù)存優(yōu)化方案的優(yōu)化效果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;(5)通過實(shí)地調(diào)研及文獻(xiàn)查閱的方法,設(shè)計(jì)了Y品牌文胸貨品入庫(kù)的優(yōu)化方案,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)庫(kù)存配發(fā)的時(shí)間成本及人力成本的節(jié)省,本課題通過二維碼技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了文胸入庫(kù)信息二維碼方案,并通過對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,對(duì)貨品入庫(kù)優(yōu)化方案的優(yōu)化效果進(jìn)行了橫向及縱向的比較驗(yàn)證。雖然本課題的研究對(duì)象是L品牌文胸區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商,但對(duì)同行業(yè)的品牌文胸區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商庫(kù)存優(yōu)化都有一定的參考意義和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Inventory is the root of enterprise survival. For dealers whose essence is to buy and sell, the inventory cost refers not only to the goods themselves, but also to other costs derived from the flow of inventory. How to verify the current inventory cost of enterprises, and how to deal with and solve the existing inventory defects, has always been a hot issue that enterprises pay attention to. At present, there are many inventory related studies, mainly focused on manufacturers and terminal merchants, but the research on inventory optimization of clothing dealers is still less, especially the research of inventory optimization of brand bra dealers. This topic takes the L brand bra regional dealer as the research object, carries on the research to its Y brand bra inventory flow link, analyzes the L brand bra area dealer to order the link to the manufacturer, The inventory problem of the order meeting link and the goods storage link of the next line retailer is designed and the optimization scheme is designed. Finally, the optimization scheme is put into use in the enterprise to complete the verification of the optimization effect. The research content of this subject mainly includes the following several aspects: 1) through consulting the domestic and foreign literature and investigating the practice of the dealers in the L brand bra area, we find that the inventory problem arises in the link of inventory flow. Further determine the research direction of the subject: through the research on the inventory flow link of Y brand bra, the paper analyzes that the key links are ordering from manufacturers, ordering meeting of the next line retailers and warehousing of goods. On the basis of analyzing the problems affecting inventory in the above three links, we can find out the proportion coefficient of the consumption weight of Y brand bra by the methods of literature reference, questionnaire and interview. Based on the analysis and research of QR code technology, this paper puts forward the idea that this technology can realize the link between the online store of the next line retailer and the online store of L brand bra area dealer, and take this as the foundation. This paper designs the concrete plan of the inventory optimization of the order meeting link of the next line retailer, designs the order profit table of the VIP reference item of the Y brand bra through the interview method, realizes the effective reference of the order quantity during the order meeting period of the next line retailer; Through the subjective evaluation of the user questionnaire and the objective data of the enterprise input optimization scheme, the optimization effect of the inventory optimization scheme in this link is verified by the method of field investigation and literature reference. In order to save the time cost and manpower cost of inventory distribution, this paper designs the two-dimension code scheme of entering the bra information through the technology of two-dimensional code, and through the method of the control group experiment, the paper designs the optimized scheme for the storage of the bra goods under the Y brand, and in order to realize the saving of the time cost and the manpower cost of the inventory distribution. The optimization effect of goods storage optimization scheme is compared and verified horizontally and longitudinally. Although the research object of this subject is the regional dealers of L brand bra, it has certain reference significance and reference significance to the inventory optimization of the regional dealers of the brand bra in the same industry.
