【摘要】：正在我國人多地少的基本國情下,特別是目前正處于工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展階段,我國的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供求將在較長時(shí)期內(nèi)處于緊平衡狀態(tài)。要從根本上保證國家的糧食安全,應(yīng)促進(jìn)我國的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)加快向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,加快農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程,提高生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。其中,提升農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)的管理水平和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,對(duì)提高農(nóng)業(yè)的綜合生產(chǎn)能力、保障糧食安全有著重要作用。當(dāng)前,大型國際糧食企業(yè)憑借其先進(jìn)的經(jīng)營理念、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)在激烈
[Abstract]:The supply and demand of agricultural products in our country will be in a tight balance in a long period of time, especially in the stage of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization. In order to guarantee the national food security fundamentally, we should accelerate the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, speed up the process of agricultural industrialization, and improve the efficiency of production and economic benefits. Among them, improving the management level and competitive ability of agricultural leading enterprises plays an important role in improving the comprehensive production capacity of agriculture and ensuring food security. At present, large international grain enterprises, with their advanced management concept, management experience and production technology, are in a fierce situation.
