【摘要】：本研究通過研究了長春FAQC汽車電器有限公司的基本現(xiàn)狀，并在學(xué)習(xí)了供應(yīng)鏈管理、信息化、IT項目管理等等大量理論知識的基礎(chǔ)之上，同時總結(jié)了前人、以及其他企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈信息化建設(shè)研究的方法的前提下，為長春FAQC汽車電器有限公司提出了一套全新的供應(yīng)鏈信息化建設(shè)體系，并將之應(yīng)用于實踐，并得到了有效的評價結(jié)果。 基于FAQC公司的“從經(jīng)營型向經(jīng)營管理型的轉(zhuǎn)變；從速度型向速度效益型的轉(zhuǎn)變”戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及FAQC公司信息化現(xiàn)狀，本文對FAQC公司的信息化規(guī)劃目標(biāo)是通過建立統(tǒng)一集成的信息化管理平臺達(dá)到物流、信息流、資金流高度統(tǒng)一、強(qiáng)化內(nèi)控，精細(xì)管理，構(gòu)建快速響應(yīng)的供應(yīng)鏈平臺、大幅度降低庫存，有效控制成本，提升盈利能力。 首先，通過對相關(guān)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行逐一分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)管理中的各類問題；然后，通過統(tǒng)一信息化平臺，，引入財務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈管理、生產(chǎn)計劃、生產(chǎn)任務(wù)管理等模塊，完成資金流、物流、信息流、計劃流的集成共享、流程優(yōu)化與固化工作，提高各部門運作效率，提高數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備性，做到有限的降低庫存積壓，合理降低運營成本，縮短供應(yīng)周期；接著，本文基于項目管理理論，結(jié)合FAQC公司對供應(yīng)鏈信息化項目的進(jìn)度要求，提出了項目建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、項目管理方案和具體的實施步驟，制定了具備可行性及有效性的工作計劃，規(guī)定了項目中每個成員的工作任務(wù)，并對任務(wù)的完成情況和完成質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢查，以保證信息化項目的成功實施。 FAQC此次信息化通過對采購、銷售、倉庫、存貨的運用，幫助FAQC建立一套統(tǒng)一的信息平臺，徹底消除信息不對稱引發(fā)的各種內(nèi)部管理問題，從而提高FAQC的運營效率。總的來說，本研究通過對FAQC公司的銷售、采購、物控、生產(chǎn)、信息化等等管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析，并依照項目管理的思想，提出了供應(yīng)鏈信息化的解決方案，并給出了項目的實施方案。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the basic situation of Changchun FAQC Automotive and Electrical Co., Ltd., and on the basis of studying supply chain management, information IT project management and so on, summarizes the predecessors at the same time. Based on the research methods of supply chain information construction in other enterprises, a new supply chain information construction system for Changchun FAQC Automotive Appliance Co., Ltd is put forward and applied to practice, and the effective evaluation results are obtained. Based on the strategic planning of FAQC Company "from management to management, from speed to efficiency" and the present information situation of FAQC, The aim of this paper is to establish a unified and integrated information management platform to achieve a high degree of unity of logistics, information flow and capital flow, strengthen internal control, fine management, and build a rapid response supply chain platform. Greatly reduce inventory, effectively control costs, improve profitability. First of all, by analyzing the current situation of related management, we find out the various problems in the management. Then, through the unified information platform, the introduction of finance, supply chain management, production planning, production task management and other modules to complete the flow of funds, Logistics, information flow, plan flow integration and sharing, process optimization and solidification work, improve the operational efficiency of various departments, improve data preparation, achieve a limited reduction of inventory backlog, reasonable reduction of operating costs, shorten the supply cycle; then, Based on the theory of project management and the progress requirement of supply chain information project by FAQC Company, this paper puts forward the strategic planning, project management scheme and concrete implementation steps of the project construction, and draws up the feasible and effective work plan. The task of each member of the project is defined, and the completion and quality of the task are checked to ensure the successful implementation of the information project. Through the use of purchasing, sales, warehouse and inventory, FAQC information system helps FAQC to establish a unified information platform, eliminate all kinds of internal management problems caused by asymmetric information, and improve the operation efficiency of FAQC. In a word, this research has carried on the thorough analysis to the FAQC company's sale, the purchase, the material control, the production, the informationization and so on management present situation, and has proposed the supply chain informationization solution according to the project management thought, The implementation scheme of the project is also given.
