【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展受到了世界的關(guān)注,“十三五”規(guī)劃提出的“醫(yī)療保險全覆蓋”、“健康中國”建設的逐步實施,給國內(nèi)本土醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)又一次帶來了前所未有的發(fā)展機遇。然而,如何借助這次政策利好的東風并做好與國外中高端醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)打“持久戰(zhàn)”的準備,是當下每個醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)需要深思的。隨著供應鏈理論在企業(yè)實踐的檢驗和不斷完善,醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在經(jīng)營管理上有了新的指導思想和管理方法。如何利用供應鏈的集成效應,提高供應鏈節(jié)點上的運作效率,不斷降低成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,滿足醫(yī)院和患者的需求,是醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)獲取市場競爭力,贏得客戶的關(guān)鍵。因此,企業(yè)供應鏈系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)經(jīng)營目標的的實現(xiàn)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本篇論文以本土醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)——優(yōu)利特作為案例,在參考大量有關(guān)供應鏈管理的文獻資料和企業(yè)案例的基礎上,對供應鏈管理理論的含義、起源和演進進行了闡述,對國內(nèi)外供應鏈理論的研究進行了文獻綜述,指出了現(xiàn)有供應鏈管理理論的不足和未來發(fā)展趨勢。然后闡述了醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)背景、市場發(fā)展概況、介紹了優(yōu)利特的基本情況及物流系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,找出優(yōu)利特物流系統(tǒng)存在的問題并分析問題產(chǎn)生的根本原因,提出了供應鏈環(huán)境下的物流系統(tǒng)的改進方案。具體分為幾個方面：整合公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系,建立供應鏈決策體系；完善信息化系統(tǒng)建設,優(yōu)化升級ERP系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)多功能的企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理,與供應商、客戶建立信息化溝通平臺；建立拉動式的生產(chǎn)模式,引入ABC分類管理庫存法和供應商管理庫存,梳理呆滯物料處理方式方法,減少庫存積壓；對原材料進行戰(zhàn)略性分類,引入模塊化采購,對供應商進行細化分類并完善相關(guān)制度和評估標準,建立協(xié)同發(fā)展的合作關(guān)系。本文通過基于供應鏈的優(yōu)利特的物流系統(tǒng)的研究分析,幫助企業(yè)構(gòu)建新的物流系統(tǒng)管理模式,希望對優(yōu)利特經(jīng)營管理和企業(yè)目標的實現(xiàn)有所幫助,也試圖探索醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)的新的物流系統(tǒng)模式并提供指導和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of China's medical device industry has received worldwide attention. The "medical insurance coverage" proposed in the 13th Five-Year Plan, and the gradual implementation of the "healthy China" construction, Domestic medical device enterprises have once again brought unprecedented opportunities for development. However, how to take advantage of this favorable policy and prepare for a "protracted war" with foreign medical equipment enterprises is what every medical device enterprise needs to ponder at present. With the examination and improvement of supply chain theory in enterprise practice, medical device manufacturing enterprises have a new guiding ideology and management method in management. How to make use of the integrated effect of supply chain, improve the operation efficiency, reduce the cost, improve the quality of products and meet the needs of hospitals and patients is the key for medical device manufacturing enterprises to gain market competitiveness and win customers. Therefore, the quality of enterprise supply chain system is directly related to the realization of business objectives and sustainable development. This paper takes Ulitt, a local medical device enterprise, as a case study. On the basis of referring to a large number of literature and enterprise cases about supply chain management, this paper expounds the meaning, origin and evolution of supply chain management theory. This paper summarizes the research of supply chain theory at home and abroad, and points out the deficiency of the current supply chain management theory and its development trend in the future. Then the background of medical equipment industry, the general situation of market development, the basic situation of Ulitt and the current situation of logistics system are introduced, and the problems existing in Ulitt logistics system are found out and the root causes of the problems are analyzed. The improvement scheme of logistics system in supply chain environment is put forward. It is divided into several aspects: integrating the organizational structure of the company, establishing the decision-making system of supply chain, perfecting the construction of information system, optimizing and upgrading the ERP system, realizing the multi-functional internal management of the enterprise, and the suppliers, The customer establishes the information communication platform, establishes the pull production pattern, introduces the ABC classification management inventory method and the supplier management inventory method, combs the dull material processing method, reduces the stock backlog, carries on the strategic classification to the raw material, Modular procurement is introduced to refine the classification of suppliers, improve the relevant systems and evaluation criteria, and establish cooperative relationship of collaborative development. Through the research and analysis of Ulitt logistics system based on supply chain, this paper helps enterprises to construct a new management mode of logistics system, hoping to be helpful to the management of Ulitt and the realization of enterprise objectives. It also tries to explore the new logistics system model of medical device enterprises and provide guidance and reference significance.
