【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)是反映城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)繁榮程度的窗口,是城市的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和先導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,作為“第三利潤(rùn)源”的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)已在世界范圍內(nèi)廣泛興起,它在經(jīng)歷了幾十年的發(fā)展后,目前正在成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要熱點(diǎn)和新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)作為發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)、優(yōu)化物流運(yùn)行平臺(tái)的一個(gè)切入點(diǎn),越來(lái)越受到各級(jí)政府、經(jīng)濟(jì)主體和社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注和重視�；诖�,,開(kāi)展現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃研究,有助于促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。首先,本文在分析成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)、重慶市、成都市以及大足區(qū)等地物流業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、需求及物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)雙橋經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)未來(lái)一個(gè)時(shí)期物流需求狀況進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),同時(shí)提出了雙橋經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)以及規(guī)劃選址、建設(shè)規(guī)模、空間布局。其次,基于上述戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及定位,本文著重闡述了重慶雙橋經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃及營(yíng)運(yùn)模式設(shè)計(jì),提出了園區(qū)供應(yīng)鏈一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)作模式,對(duì)園區(qū)各區(qū)塊的功能定位進(jìn)行了明確,重點(diǎn)對(duì)現(xiàn)代公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。第三,本文對(duì)物流園區(qū)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)中信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、界面功能、業(yè)務(wù)功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。最后,論文對(duì)物流園區(qū)融入全國(guó)乃至全球物流和流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了確保物流園區(qū)加快發(fā)展的政策建議。本文旨在以雙橋經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)為基礎(chǔ),借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的物流園區(qū)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建富有區(qū)域特色的現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流園區(qū),為促進(jìn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的健康發(fā)展提供一些思考與建議。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics industry is a window to reflect the development of urban economy and social prosperity, and is the basic industry and leading industry of the city. With the development of economic globalization, the modern logistics industry, as a "third profit source", has been widely rising all over the world. At present, it is becoming an important hot spot and new economic growth point of global economic development. As a breakthrough point for developing modern logistics industry and optimizing logistics operation platform, the planning and construction of logistics park has been paid more and more attention by governments, economic subjects and all walks of life. Based on this, it is helpful to promote the long-term development of modern logistics industry by studying the planning of modern logistics park. First of all, based on the analysis of logistics industry status, demand and logistics industry development goal in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, Chongqing City, Chengdu City and Dazu District, this paper forecasts the logistics demand situation in a future period of Shuangqiao Jingkai District. At the same time, the strategic orientation, development target, planning location, construction scale and spatial layout of the modern logistics park are put forward. Secondly, based on the above strategic objectives and positioning, this paper focuses on the development planning and operation mode design of the modern logistics park in Shuangqiao open district of Chongqing, and puts forward the integrated network operation mode of supply chain of the park. The function orientation of each block of the park is clarified, and the operation mode of modern public service platform is designed in detail. Thirdly, this paper designs the system structure, interface function and business function of the information service platform in the public service platform of logistics park. Finally, the paper analyzes the economic and social benefits of logistics parks' integration into national and even global logistics and circulation networks, and puts forward some policy suggestions to ensure the rapid development of logistics parks. The purpose of this paper is to build a modern trade logistics park with regional characteristics on the basis of the modern logistics park of Shuangqiao Jingkai District, and draw lessons from the successful construction experience of the logistics park at home and abroad. To promote the healthy development of modern logistics industry in China to provide some thoughts and suggestions.
