【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)是反映城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會繁榮程度的窗口,是城市的基礎產(chǎn)業(yè)和先導產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,作為“第三利潤源”的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)已在世界范圍內(nèi)廣泛興起,它在經(jīng)歷了幾十年的發(fā)展后,目前正在成為全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一個重要熱點和新的經(jīng)濟增長點。物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設作為發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)、優(yōu)化物流運行平臺的一個切入點,越來越受到各級政府、經(jīng)濟主體和社會各界的關注和重視�；诖�,,開展現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃研究,有助于促進現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展。首先,本文在分析成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)、重慶市、成都市以及大足區(qū)等地物流業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、需求及物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標的基礎上,對雙橋經(jīng)開區(qū)未來一個時期物流需求狀況進行了預測,同時提出了雙橋經(jīng)開區(qū)建設現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略定位、發(fā)展目標以及規(guī)劃選址、建設規(guī)模、空間布局。其次,基于上述戰(zhàn)略目標及定位,本文著重闡述了重慶雙橋經(jīng)開區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃及營運模式設計,提出了園區(qū)供應鏈一體化網(wǎng)絡運作模式,對園區(qū)各區(qū)塊的功能定位進行了明確,重點對現(xiàn)代公共服務平臺運營模式進行了詳細設計。第三,本文對物流園區(qū)公共服務平臺中信息服務平臺系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、界面功能、業(yè)務功能進行了設計。最后,論文對物流園區(qū)融入全國乃至全球物流和流通網(wǎng)絡方案、經(jīng)濟社會效益進行了分析,并提出了確保物流園區(qū)加快發(fā)展的政策建議。本文旨在以雙橋經(jīng)開區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)為基礎,借鑒國內(nèi)外成功的物流園區(qū)建設經(jīng)驗,構(gòu)建富有區(qū)域特色的現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流園區(qū),為促進我國現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的健康發(fā)展提供一些思考與建議。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics industry is a window to reflect the development of urban economy and social prosperity, and is the basic industry and leading industry of the city. With the development of economic globalization, the modern logistics industry, as a "third profit source", has been widely rising all over the world. At present, it is becoming an important hot spot and new economic growth point of global economic development. As a breakthrough point for developing modern logistics industry and optimizing logistics operation platform, the planning and construction of logistics park has been paid more and more attention by governments, economic subjects and all walks of life. Based on this, it is helpful to promote the long-term development of modern logistics industry by studying the planning of modern logistics park. First of all, based on the analysis of logistics industry status, demand and logistics industry development goal in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, Chongqing City, Chengdu City and Dazu District, this paper forecasts the logistics demand situation in a future period of Shuangqiao Jingkai District. At the same time, the strategic orientation, development target, planning location, construction scale and spatial layout of the modern logistics park are put forward. Secondly, based on the above strategic objectives and positioning, this paper focuses on the development planning and operation mode design of the modern logistics park in Shuangqiao open district of Chongqing, and puts forward the integrated network operation mode of supply chain of the park. The function orientation of each block of the park is clarified, and the operation mode of modern public service platform is designed in detail. Thirdly, this paper designs the system structure, interface function and business function of the information service platform in the public service platform of logistics park. Finally, the paper analyzes the economic and social benefits of logistics parks' integration into national and even global logistics and circulation networks, and puts forward some policy suggestions to ensure the rapid development of logistics parks. The purpose of this paper is to build a modern trade logistics park with regional characteristics on the basis of the modern logistics park of Shuangqiao Jingkai District, and draw lessons from the successful construction experience of the logistics park at home and abroad. To promote the healthy development of modern logistics industry in China to provide some thoughts and suggestions.
