【摘要】:疫苗儲存運輸要遵循冷鏈運輸(cold chain,CC)的要求,這很大程度上限制了疫苗的接種和普及,尤其是在那些貧困偏遠地區(qū)。為擴大疫苗可及性,世界衛(wèi)生組織(World Health Organization,WHO)于2012年首次提出了受控溫度鏈(controlled temperature chain,CTC)法規(guī),即在政府部門和WHO的監(jiān)管下,在有充分熱穩(wěn)定性數(shù)據(jù)支持的前提下,若申報CTC的疫苗在不低于40℃下存放至少3 d后仍能保證效力,則該疫苗在免疫供應(yīng)鏈后期無需冷鏈運輸。CTC法規(guī)已成功應(yīng)用在包括MenAfriVac汶在內(nèi)的4個商品化疫苗上。本文介紹了CTC法規(guī)的內(nèi)容和應(yīng)用情況,通過科學(xué)監(jiān)管提高疫苗可及性,減少不必要的浪費。
