【摘要】：基于報(bào)童模型,同時(shí)考慮零售型供應(yīng)鏈中的商品錯(cuò)放和損耗引起的庫(kù)存不準(zhǔn)確,從供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)的角度研究了RFID技術(shù)投資決策問(wèn)題。首先,構(gòu)建并對(duì)比投資RFID技術(shù)前后2種情形下的供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn)模型,分別設(shè)計(jì)回購(gòu)契約對(duì)分散型供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào);然后,通過(guò)對(duì)2種情形下協(xié)調(diào)前后的供應(yīng)鏈各方利潤(rùn)的對(duì)比和分析,得出了RFID技術(shù)的投資決策條件,為供應(yīng)鏈中相關(guān)企業(yè)實(shí)施RFID技術(shù)提供了相應(yīng)的參考。結(jié)果表明:采用RFID技術(shù)后回購(gòu)契約可以實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào);商品的單位生產(chǎn)成本和庫(kù)存成本越高,商品錯(cuò)放率和損耗率越高,供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)投資RFID的意愿越強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the newsboy model and considering the inventory inaccuracy caused by misplacement and loss of goods in the retail supply chain, the investment decision problem of RFID technology is studied from the point of view of supply chain coordination. Firstly, the profit model of supply chain before and after investment in RFID technology is constructed and compared, and the repurchase contract is designed to coordinate the decentralized supply chain. Through the comparison and analysis of the profit of all parties in the supply chain before and after the coordination in two cases, the investment decision conditions of RFID technology are obtained, which provides the corresponding reference for the relevant enterprises in the supply chain to implement RFID technology. The results show that the repurchase contract can coordinate the supply chain with RFID technology, and the higher the unit production cost and inventory cost, the higher the misplacement rate and loss rate, and the stronger the willingness of supply chain enterprises to invest RFID.
