【摘要】:從2003年開(kāi)始,中國(guó)取代美國(guó)成為全球最大、也是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最激烈的啤酒市場(chǎng)。中國(guó)啤酒市場(chǎng)目前以年產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)超過(guò)4000萬(wàn)噸牢牢占據(jù)全球最大,而此時(shí)歐美多數(shù)市場(chǎng)已經(jīng)飽和甚至萎縮,中國(guó)成為國(guó)際啤酒企業(yè)資本一個(gè)理想的投資目標(biāo)。經(jīng)過(guò)十幾年的拼殺,中國(guó)市場(chǎng)形成了以雪花、青啤、BW啤酒集團(tuán)、燕京為代表的中國(guó)啤酒行業(yè)第一梯隊(duì)。這些龍頭企業(yè)開(kāi)始了征戰(zhàn)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)各地的“圈地運(yùn)動(dòng)”。其中2008年合并成立的BW啤酒集團(tuán)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱BW),作為外資啤酒企業(yè)的代表,在中國(guó)通過(guò)不斷的收購(gòu)和新建產(chǎn)能,加快了擴(kuò)張步伐。 2011年BW在全國(guó)開(kāi)建和投產(chǎn)了4家啤酒廠:建成中國(guó)西南的首個(gè)啤酒生產(chǎn)基地BW(四川)工廠;開(kāi)工建設(shè)河南的BW(新鄉(xiāng))啤酒生產(chǎn)基地;簽約建設(shè)廣西的BW廣西啤酒生產(chǎn)基地;開(kāi)工建設(shè)江蘇省宿遷市的蘇北(宿遷)啤酒生產(chǎn)基地。同年,BW還收購(gòu)河南維雪三個(gè)工廠和維雪、雞公山兩個(gè)品牌;2012年,BW(漳州)啤酒有限公司一期竣工投產(chǎn);武岡啤酒生產(chǎn)基地簽約投資建設(shè);2013年,BW啤酒集團(tuán)收購(gòu)了亞洲啤酒在中國(guó)的啤酒資產(chǎn),其中,“南昌啤酒”是江西第一大啤酒品牌,最具戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值。這也是繼嘉士伯增持重啤、雪花“喝下”金威后,啤酒行業(yè)又一次整合。 在此背景下,隨著新建和收購(gòu)的工廠日漸增多,如何通過(guò)集團(tuán)化采購(gòu),提高采購(gòu)管理工作的整體水平以產(chǎn)生協(xié)同效應(yīng),節(jié)約有限的資源,以能夠集中資源支持后續(xù)的擴(kuò)張和發(fā)展,成為了BW啤酒集團(tuán)的重要議題。尤其是在當(dāng)代,供應(yīng)鏈及供應(yīng)鏈管理學(xué)科的出現(xiàn),更引起了人們對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下采購(gòu)管理的研究興趣。在眾多品類的物資采購(gòu)中,,占據(jù)啤酒包裝材料采購(gòu)總金額半壁江山的玻璃包裝材料進(jìn)入了作者的視野。啤酒行業(yè)的玻璃包裝材料主要指啤酒瓶。玻璃是有著悠久歷史的包裝容器,至今仍是最重要的啤酒包裝物,也是最受消費(fèi)者青睞的包裝物之一。在中國(guó)啤酒4000萬(wàn)噸的消費(fèi)量中,玻璃瓶作為包裝材料的仍占九成左右。中國(guó)作為世界上最大的玻璃包裝材料生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)國(guó),年產(chǎn)量現(xiàn)已超過(guò)1000萬(wàn)噸。 基于對(duì)BW啤酒集團(tuán)玻璃包裝材料需求的了解,本文旨在為BW啤酒集團(tuán)玻璃包裝材料的采購(gòu)管理工作探究一下采購(gòu)策略。為了更好的反映市場(chǎng)真實(shí)的情況,作者走訪了中國(guó)最大的玻璃包裝材料制造企業(yè)華興玻璃集團(tuán)、全球最大中國(guó)排名第二的奧聯(lián)玻璃、中國(guó)東北地區(qū)最大玻璃包裝材料制造企業(yè)索坤玻璃集團(tuán);同時(shí),走訪了一些中小型企業(yè),獲得了大量的一手信息與資料。本文將梳理BW啤酒集團(tuán)玻璃包裝材料采購(gòu)過(guò)程中的需求和關(guān)切,理解玻璃包裝材料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的分布、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程、成本構(gòu)成分解等,總結(jié)啤酒玻璃包裝材料制造行業(yè)與其他類型的玻璃包裝材料制造行業(yè)的共通性及巨大的差異性,分析玻璃包裝材料制造行業(yè)的一些新的發(fā)展傾向;趯(duì)玻璃包裝材料行業(yè)特性的分析、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的掌握,通過(guò)八步法這樣一個(gè)流程工具、波特的五力模型分析和SWOT分析,從系統(tǒng)總成本節(jié)約、物資供應(yīng)安全、采購(gòu)質(zhì)量保證和價(jià)值創(chuàng)造四個(gè)維度進(jìn)行探討,得出一些對(duì)BW啤酒集團(tuán)玻璃包裝材料采購(gòu)工作有指導(dǎo)價(jià)值的策略和方案。
[Abstract]:Since 2003, China has taken the place of the United States as the world's largest and the most competitive beer market. The Chinese beer market is currently occupying the largest in the world with more than 40 million tons of annual production and sales, and most of the markets in Europe and America are saturated or even atrophied. China has become an ideal investment target for international beer enterprise capital. After more than ten years, China's beer market has become an ideal investment target. The Chinese market has formed the first echelon of the Chinese beer industry, represented by snowflake, Tsing beer, BW beer group and Yanjing, which started the "enclosure movement" in all parts of the Chinese market. The BW beer group (hereinafter referred to as BW), which was established in 2008, is the representative of the foreign-funded beer enterprises and has passed continuously in China. The takeover and new capacity have accelerated the pace of expansion.
In 2011, BW opened and put into operation 4 breweries throughout the country: the first beer production base in Southwest China, BW (Sichuan) factory, the construction of Henan's BW (Xinxiang) beer production base, the construction of the BW Guangxi beer production base in Guangxi, and the construction of the beer base of Northern Jiangsu (Suqian) in Suqian, Jiangsu province. The same year, BW was also collected. Buy three factories in Henan and two brands of snow and Jigong Mountain; in 2012, BW (Zhangzhou) Beer Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation. The Wugang beer production base contracted the investment construction. In 2013, BW beer group bought beer assets of Asian beer in China. "Nanchang beer" is the largest brand of Jiangxi beer, the most strategic Value. This is also followed by Carlsberg's holdings of heavy beer and snowflake "drink" Jinwei, the beer industry once again integrated.
In this context, with the increasing number of newly built and acquired factories, how to increase the overall level of procurement management to produce synergistic effects, save limited resources, and to concentrate resources to support the expansion and development of follow-up, has become an important issue for the BW Brewery Group, especially in the contemporary era, supply chain and supply. The emergence of chain management has aroused people's interest in the study of purchasing management in the supply chain management environment. In the procurement of many categories of goods, the glass packing materials, which occupy half of the total amount of beer packing materials, have entered the author's view. The long history packaging container is still the most important beer packaging and one of the most popular packaging products. In the 40 million ton consumption of Chinese beer, the glass bottles are still about 90% of the packaging materials. China is now the largest producer and consumer of glass packaging materials in the world, and the annual output has now exceeded 10 million tons.
Based on the understanding of BW beer group glass packaging material demand, this article aims to explore purchasing strategy for the purchase management of BW beer group glass packaging materials. In order to better reflect the market reality, the author visited China's largest glass packaging material manufacturing enterprise Huaxing Glass Group, the largest China ranking in the world. Two of the Olympic glass, the largest glass packaging material manufacturing enterprise in Northeast China, soo Kun glass group. At the same time, a number of small and medium-sized enterprises have been visited, and a large number of information and information are obtained. This article will comb the requirements and customs during the procurement process of BW beer group glass packaging materials, and understand the distribution of glass packaging materials production enterprises. The product production process, cost composition and so on, summarize the common and huge difference between the manufacturing industry of beer glass packaging material and other types of glass packaging material manufacturing industry, analyze some new development tendency of the glass packaging material manufacturing industry. Based on the analysis of the industry characteristics of glass packaging materials, the development trend is mastered. Through the eight step process tool, Potter's five force model analysis and SWOT analysis, this paper discusses the four dimensions of total cost saving, material supply safety, purchasing quality assurance and value creation, and draws some strategies and plans for the guiding value of the purchase of glass packing materials for BW beer group.
