數(shù)據(jù)驅動的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計的知識服務研究

【摘要】:隨著我國工業(yè)化進程的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在我國得到了快速的進步,它是我國塊狀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一大特色,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起到了越來越重要的推動作用。在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)部,成員之間專業(yè)分工,同時又結成了長期穩(wěn)定并且不乏激烈競爭的協(xié)作關系,它們之間相互作用,不斷促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展,進而形成集群的競爭優(yōu)勢。通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的調研分析,本文將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群看成一個為客戶群提供多樣化產(chǎn)品、滿足客戶個性化需求、具有動態(tài)靈活以及廣泛協(xié)同的業(yè)務組織模式,本文稱其為廣義制造系統(tǒng)。隨著市場競爭壓力的增大,同時用戶與市場對產(chǎn)品外形、功能等要求的多樣化和個性化,迫使企業(yè)必須加快產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)速度和提高產(chǎn)品的設計水平,同時一個企業(yè)的資源、設計能力和水平是有限的,因此在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中的成員間需要不斷加強與其它成員企業(yè)的協(xié)作,通過一定的信息共享、知識共享,互相合作地完成整個產(chǎn)品的設計和加工,滿足市場的快速、個性化需求,這成為新時期產(chǎn)業(yè)集群廣義制造系統(tǒng)面臨的新需求。因而,本文將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群廣義制造系統(tǒng)中的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計作為研究對象,旨在集群層面的有序協(xié)同與協(xié)作,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的整體競爭力,并響應快速多變的全球市場。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的不斷發(fā)展,某些成員企業(yè)之間競爭過于激烈,并已逐漸演化為惡性競爭,產(chǎn)品的同質化現(xiàn)象嚴重,集群環(huán)境下的成員企業(yè)的布局設計格局混亂、無序,同時在產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計過程中存在著供應鏈企業(yè)的需求信息獲取不準確,概念設計過程中設計效率不高、創(chuàng)新能力不足等問題,這些問題的出現(xiàn)不利于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的健康發(fā)展。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來,數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)所帶來的價值已經(jīng)引起大量企業(yè)的關注,并且在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中積累了大量的產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù),同時還有網(wǎng)絡上可被利用的數(shù)據(jù)資源,這些數(shù)據(jù)資源經(jīng)過科學加工,完全可以轉化為面向集群的知識服務。為此,本文基于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群廣義制造系統(tǒng)層面的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計所面臨的問題,提出了數(shù)據(jù)驅動的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計的知識服務理念。本文以面向產(chǎn)業(yè)集群廣義制造系統(tǒng)層面的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計為研究對象,以數(shù)據(jù)驅動的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計的知識服務為突破點,旨在提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中產(chǎn)品設計的整個創(chuàng)新能力以及競爭水平。首先,本論文構建了廣義制造系統(tǒng)的概念模型,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)集群產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計業(yè)務過程模型和組織模型,提出了數(shù)據(jù)驅動的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計知識服務模型框架,其次,對集群層面基于數(shù)據(jù)資源的三個核心知識服務過程進行了深入研究:(1)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群產(chǎn)品布局設計(2)需求分析(3)概念設計過程,分別構建了知識服務模型,并對相應的技術與方法進行了深入研究。最后,對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計知識服務原型系統(tǒng)進行了初步研究,進行系統(tǒng)總體功能模塊的設計、系統(tǒng)總體框架的設計,并對該系統(tǒng)部分功能模塊進行了開發(fā),該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及使用將有助于促進產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設計效率的提升,促進整個產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's industrialization process, industrial clusters have made rapid progress in China. It is a major feature of China's massive economic development and has played a more and more important role in the development of regional economy. In the industrial cluster, the professional division of labor among members has formed a long-term stability and no lack of fierce competition in the same time. Through the investigation and analysis of industrial clusters, this paper regards industrial cluster as a business organization model, which provides diversified products for customer groups, meets customer's personalized needs, has dynamic and flexible cooperative business organization. With the increase of market competition pressure and the diversification and individuation of user and market demand for product shape and function, the enterprise must speed up the speed of product development and improve the design level of the product. At the same time, the resources of an enterprise, design ability and level are limited, so it is in the industry set. The members of the group need to continuously strengthen the cooperation with other members, through certain information sharing, knowledge sharing, and cooperation to complete the design and processing of the whole product, and meet the rapid and personalized demand of the market. This has become the new demand for the general manufacturing system of industrial clusters in the new period. Therefore, this article will expand the industry cluster in a broad sense. As the research object, the product collaborative design in the manufacturing system is aimed at the orderly collaboration and cooperation at the cluster level, to improve the overall competitiveness of the industrial cluster and to respond to the rapidly changing global market. With the continuous development of the industrial cluster, the competition among some members is excessively fierce, and has gradually evolved into a vicious competition, and the product is homogeneous. In the cluster environment, the layout design pattern of the member enterprises is chaotic and disordered. At the same time, there are some problems in the process of product collaborative design, such as inaccurate information acquisition of supply chain enterprises, poor design efficiency and lack of innovation ability in the process of conceptual design. The emergence of these problems is not conducive to the healthy development of industrial clusters. With the advent of the era of big data, the value of data assets has aroused the attention of a large number of enterprises, and has accumulated a large number of industrial regional data in the industrial cluster, and there are also available data resources on the network. These data resources can be transformed into cluster oriented knowledge services through scientific processing, and therefore, the data resources can be transformed into cluster oriented knowledge services. Based on the problems faced by the product collaborative design at the broad manufacturing system level of the industrial cluster, this paper puts forward the knowledge service concept of the data driven industrial cluster product collaborative design. This paper takes the product collaborative design at the level of the generalized manufacturing system at the industrial cluster as the research object, and the knowledge of the data driven product collaborative design. Service is a breakthrough point to improve the whole innovation ability and competition level of product design in industrial cluster. Firstly, this paper constructs a conceptual model of the generalized manufacturing system, puts forward the business process model and organization model of the industrial cluster product collaborative design, and puts forward the knowledge service model of the data driven Industrial cluster product collaborative design. Secondly, the three core knowledge service processes based on data resources in cluster level are studied in depth: (1) industrial cluster product layout design (2) requirement analysis (3) conceptual design process, the knowledge service model is constructed respectively, and the corresponding technology and method are studied in depth. Finally, the collaborative design of industrial cluster products is made. The prototype system of knowledge service is preliminarily studied, the design of the overall system function module, the design of the overall framework of the system, and the development of some functional modules of the system are developed. The development and use of the system will help promote the improvement of the efficiency of product collaborative design and promote the healthy development of the whole industrial cluster.
