【摘要】：供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存，即Vendor Managed Inventory（VMI）。它是一種在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫(kù)存運(yùn)作模式。VMI提高了供應(yīng)商快速交貨的能力，提升了整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的響應(yīng)速度，但VMI也給制造商的庫(kù)存管理帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。一些業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先企業(yè)開(kāi)始了由第三方物流企業(yè)提供供應(yīng)商庫(kù)存管理的努力，通過(guò)第三方物流企業(yè)的專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)，更好地提升庫(kù)存管理的績(jī)效水平。 S公司是一家全球知名的硬盤(pán)制造商，為適應(yīng)電子制造服務(wù)業(yè)（EMS）快速交貨的需求，采用了VMI庫(kù)存管理方式，但隨著公司VMI庫(kù)存規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大，其庫(kù)存管理的能力遇到了挑戰(zhàn)，，為此，S公司與第三方方物流服務(wù)商DB公司合作，開(kāi)始了由DB公司管理其VMI倉(cāng)庫(kù)的嘗試。論文在分析S公司庫(kù)存管理存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上，為S公司設(shè)計(jì)了第三方VMI方案，對(duì)該方案的實(shí)施做了較為詳細(xì)的描述，并對(duì)該方案的實(shí)施效果，即經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足進(jìn)行了分析，為第三方物流企業(yè)實(shí)施VMI提供了有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Vendor manages inventory, or Vendor Managed inventory. VMI is a kind of inventory operation mode in supply chain environment. VMI improves the supplier's ability to deliver goods quickly and improves the response speed of the whole supply chain. However, VMI also brings challenges to the inventory management of manufacturers. Some industry leading enterprises have begun to provide supplier inventory management by third-party logistics enterprises, through the professional services of third-party logistics enterprises, better improve the performance level of inventory management. S is a world-renowned hard disk manufacturer, which has adopted VMI inventory management to meet the requirement of rapid delivery in electronic manufacturing service industry. However, with the expansion of VMI inventory, its ability to manage inventory has been challenged. To this end, the company began to manage its VMI warehouse by DB in partnership with DB, a third-party logistics service provider. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in inventory management of S Company, this paper designs a third-party VMI scheme for S Company, describes the implementation of the scheme in detail, and analyzes the effect of the scheme, that is, experience and deficiency. It provides useful experience and reference for third party logistics enterprises to implement VMI.
