【摘要】:為了驗(yàn)證無(wú)線(xiàn)射頻識(shí)別使能的定量在制品法控制策略的性能,基于無(wú)線(xiàn)射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)性及可視性特點(diǎn),借鑒單工廠(chǎng)多階段生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)定量在制品法控制策略的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制,設(shè)計(jì)了供應(yīng)鏈分銷(xiāo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)多級(jí)庫(kù)存系統(tǒng)無(wú)線(xiàn)射頻識(shí)別使能的定量在制品法控制策略,采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)了系統(tǒng)仿真平臺(tái),以供應(yīng)鏈分銷(xiāo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)四級(jí)庫(kù)存系統(tǒng)為例,分別在單產(chǎn)品及多產(chǎn)品需求情況下,通過(guò)仿真方法將其與基于無(wú)線(xiàn)射頻識(shí)別的經(jīng)典供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存控制策略進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了無(wú)線(xiàn)射頻識(shí)別使能的定量在制品法控制策略的正確性和優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In order to verify the performance of the QWIP control strategy, based on the real-time and visibility characteristics of RFID technology, the realization mechanism of the QWIP control strategy for a single factory multi-stage production system is used for reference. A quantitative WIP control strategy for multi-level inventory system of supply chain distribution network is designed. The system simulation platform is developed using object-oriented technology. The four-level inventory system of supply chain distribution network is taken as an example. In the case of single product and multi-product demand, it is compared with the classic supply chain inventory control strategy based on radio frequency identification (RFID) through simulation method. The correctness and superiority of the quantitative WIP control strategy for radio frequency identification (RFID) enablement are verified.
