綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理下供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)選擇研究

【摘要】:今天的國(guó)際商業(yè)環(huán)境迫使許多企業(yè)關(guān)注供應(yīng)鏈管理以獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。隨著全球環(huán)保意識(shí)的日益增強(qiáng)以及相關(guān)環(huán)境法規(guī)的日益增多,企業(yè)正面臨著更加嚴(yán)格的環(huán)境要求。尤其在當(dāng)前“綠色發(fā)展”的大背景下,企業(yè)必須改善與環(huán)境的關(guān)系,在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)、客戶服務(wù)以及產(chǎn)品報(bào)廢處理的過(guò)程中實(shí)施環(huán)境策略,以降低對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響。現(xiàn)在很多企業(yè)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始整合供應(yīng)鏈上的其他成員實(shí)行環(huán)境管理,這種情況稱為綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理。供應(yīng)商選擇是企業(yè)實(shí)行綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理最關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)之一,選擇環(huán)境效益好的供應(yīng)商有助于提高供應(yīng)鏈的整體綠色水平。本文以供應(yīng)鏈核心生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)和為其提供生產(chǎn)所需原材料的一級(jí)供應(yīng)商為研究對(duì)象,探討了在綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理模式之下企業(yè)如何選擇供應(yīng)商的問(wèn)題。根據(jù)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的概念及內(nèi)在要求,本文建立了一個(gè)多層次的、較為完善的且兼具實(shí)用性的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,主要包括質(zhì)量、成本、服務(wù)、發(fā)展能力、合作穩(wěn)定性、環(huán)保水平六個(gè)方面?紤]到人類(lèi)主觀判斷的不確定性和模糊性,本文將模糊集理論與AHP、TOPSIS方法相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建了FAHP-FTOPSIS的綠色供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)選擇模型,首先用FAHP確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,然后用FTOPSIS對(duì)綠色供應(yīng)商優(yōu)先排序。綠色供應(yīng)商選擇比傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)商選擇更為復(fù)雜,包含更多無(wú)法量化的信息、不完全的信息甚至是難以獲得的信息。該模型允許決策者將這些不確定的信息引入決策模型,更有效更合理地處理綠色供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)和選擇中定性、定量以及模糊不確定問(wèn)題。FAHP與FTOPSIS相互彌補(bǔ),又發(fā)揮各自本身的優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確。最后,用G公司的案例驗(yàn)證了所提出模型的可行性、易操作性、有效性,并通過(guò)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的敏感性分析,驗(yàn)證了該模型的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Today's international business environment forces many enterprises to focus on supply chain management in order to gain a competitive advantage. With the increasing awareness of global environmental protection and the increasing number of related environmental laws, enterprises are facing more stringent environmental requirements. Especially under the background of "green development", enterprises must improve the relationship with the environment and implement the environmental strategy in the process of product production, consumption, customer service and the disposal of product end-of-life, so as to reduce the negative impact on the environment. Now many enterprises have begun to integrate other members of the supply chain to implement environmental management, which is called green supply chain management. Supplier selection is one of the most critical links for enterprises to implement green supply chain management. The selection of suppliers with good environmental benefits will help to improve the overall green level of the supply chain. In this paper, the core manufacturing enterprises of supply chain and the primary suppliers who supply the raw materials for production are taken as the research object, and the problem of how to select suppliers in the green supply chain management mode is discussed in this paper. According to the concept and internal requirements of green supply chain management, this paper establishes a multi-level, relatively perfect and practical supplier evaluation index system, which mainly includes quality, cost, service, development ability, cooperation stability. There are six aspects of environmental protection. Considering the uncertainty and fuzziness of human subjective judgment, this paper combines fuzzy set theory with AHP- TOPSIS method to construct the green supplier evaluation and selection model of FAHP-FTOPSIS. Firstly, the index weight is determined by FAHP. Then use FTOPSIS to prioritize green suppliers. Green supplier selection is more complex than traditional supplier selection. It contains more information that can not be quantified, incomplete information or even information that is difficult to obtain. The model allows decision makers to introduce these uncertain information into the decision-making model to deal more effectively and reasonably with the qualitative, quantitative and fuzzy uncertainties. FAHP and FTOPSIS make up for each other, and give play to their own advantages. The evaluation results are more accurate. Finally, the feasibility, maneuverability and validity of the proposed model are verified by the case of G Company, and the stability of the model is verified by the sensitivity analysis of the index weight.
