【摘要】：在全球一體化和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境中,供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)間的財(cái)務(wù)關(guān)系也變得更加密切,利益關(guān)系更加復(fù)雜,供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)會(huì)通過(guò)供應(yīng)鏈傳播至上下游的其他合作伙伴,并影響它們的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。近年來(lái)屢次發(fā)生的供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)事件表明供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)具有普遍性和動(dòng)態(tài)性。因此,研究財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)之間的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制,構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,有助于企業(yè)從供應(yīng)鏈的角度剖析財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其傳導(dǎo)對(duì)其他成員企業(yè)所造成的影響,從而建立鏈內(nèi)節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)防范和控制財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的合理策略,該研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先回顧并梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和歸納。隨后,從財(cái)務(wù)視角出發(fā),本文研究和剖析了供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)的概念、分類與基本機(jī)制,由此揭示出影響財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在供應(yīng)鏈中傳導(dǎo)的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵要素,并逐一對(duì)其進(jìn)行了深入分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文科學(xué)選用財(cái)務(wù)和非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)結(jié)果綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并結(jié)合模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法與層次分析法,建立了供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)結(jié)果遞階層次評(píng)價(jià)模型,以評(píng)估財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的影響。之后,本文對(duì)如何監(jiān)測(cè)與防范基于傳導(dǎo)而產(chǎn)生的供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了探討,提出了供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)控制體系模型,構(gòu)建了供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)預(yù)警系統(tǒng),提出了適當(dāng)?shù)娘L(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制策略。最后,本文以JI)公司LED燈具生產(chǎn)的供應(yīng)鏈作為財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)綜合評(píng)價(jià)及控制研究的案例對(duì)象,依照前文所構(gòu)建的模型,對(duì)JI)公司所面臨的五項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳導(dǎo)進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)判和深入分析,并提出了供應(yīng)鏈財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)的策略和思路。
[Abstract]:In the global integration and increasingly competitive supply chain environment, the financial relations among the supply chain nodes have become more closely and more complex. The financial risks produced by the supply chain nodes will spread through the supply chain to other partners in the lower reaches and affect their production and operation activities. The secondary supply chain financial crisis shows that the financial risk conduction of the supply chain is universal and dynamic. Therefore, it is helpful for the enterprise to analyze the financial risk and its transmission from the perspective of supply chain to study the transmission mechanism of financial risk in the supply chain and to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of the financial risk conduction of the supply chain. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a reasonable strategy for preventing and controlling financial risks in chain enterprises.
This paper first reviews and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad, summarizes and sums up the related theories of financial risk and supply chain risk conduction. Then, from the financial perspective, this paper studies and analyzes the concept, classification and basic mechanism of the financial risk conduction in the supply chain, which reveals the transmission of financial risk in the supply chain. The three key elements are analyzed and analyzed one by one. On this basis, this paper scientifically selects financial and non financial indicators, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the financial risk conduction results of the supply chain, and combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish a hierarchical evaluation model for the result of the financial risk conduction of the supply chain. In order to evaluate the impact of financial risk transmission on the node enterprise, this paper discusses how to monitor and prevent the financial risk of Supply Chain Based on transmission, puts forward the model of the financial risk conduction control system of the supply chain, constructs an early warning system for the financial risk conduction of the supply chain, and puts forward the appropriate risk control strategy. Finally, in this paper, the supply chain of LED lamps production in JI) is a case object of the comprehensive evaluation and control of financial risk conduction. According to the model established in the previous article, the five financial risk conduction of the company is comprehensively evaluated and deeply analyzed, and the strategies and ideas of the financial risk response of the supply chain are put forward.
