【摘要】：近年來(lái)，大型煤炭企業(yè)在煤炭?jī)r(jià)格走低，企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇的大環(huán)境下，面臨著階段性產(chǎn)量過(guò)剩、庫(kù)存居高不下、利潤(rùn)率嚴(yán)重降低等一系列問(wèn)題。轉(zhuǎn)型已是不可回避的問(wèn)題，很多企業(yè)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始推進(jìn)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。但在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，信息流在供應(yīng)鏈上的傳導(dǎo)不暢造成的物流信息化建設(shè)的滯后，供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)之間信息無(wú)法溝通的一系列問(wèn)題。 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題，本文在分析了陜西煤業(yè)化工集團(tuán)物流與信息化水平的現(xiàn)狀，在物流集成理論與聯(lián)接鍵理論的基礎(chǔ)上，提出物流信息采集標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，并基于GID-96編碼方案，，設(shè)計(jì)陜煤化綜合物流信息平臺(tái)的信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方案。在聯(lián)接鍵理論指導(dǎo)下詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了綜合物流信息平臺(tái)下各個(gè)功能系統(tǒng)，探討了綜合物流信息平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式，包括聯(lián)接鍵的建設(shè)，平臺(tái)的建設(shè)步驟，運(yùn)營(yíng)方案以及盈利模式。 文章從物流企業(yè)與生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)對(duì)信息需求的不同兩個(gè)方面闡述物流信息平臺(tái)集成的動(dòng)因，分析物流信息平臺(tái)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。在聯(lián)接鍵理論的指導(dǎo)下分析了物流集成體主客體單位以及相關(guān)場(chǎng)元要素，提出綜合物流信息平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建是一種以信息型聯(lián)接鍵為主導(dǎo)，資源型聯(lián)接鍵、功能型聯(lián)接鍵、技術(shù)型聯(lián)接鍵相融合的綜合型聯(lián)接鍵。本文對(duì)陜煤化非煤產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合物流信息平臺(tái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)的信息共享，為供應(yīng)鏈上的企業(yè)提供一體化的專(zhuān)業(yè)物流服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)“可控、高效、信息化”的供應(yīng)鏈，并提出建設(shè)基于單個(gè)企業(yè)不同產(chǎn)業(yè)信息一體化的一種新的思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, large coal enterprises are faced with a series of problems, such as excessive output, high inventory and serious reduction of profit rate, under the environment of low coal price and increasingly fierce competition among enterprises.Transformation has been an unavoidable problem, many enterprises have begun to promote the development of logistics industry.However, in this process, the information flow in the supply chain caused by the poor transmission of logistics information construction lags behind, the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises can not communicate a series of problems.Aiming at the above problems, this paper analyzes the present situation of logistics and information level of Shaanxi Coal Industry and Chemical Group, puts forward the standardization of logistics information collection based on logistics integration theory and link key theory, and based on GID-96 coding scheme.Design the information standardization scheme of Shaanxi coal integrated logistics information platform.Under the guidance of link key theory, each function system under the integrated logistics information platform is designed in detail, and the realization mode of the integrated logistics information platform system is discussed, including the construction of the link key, the construction steps of the platform, the operation scheme and the profit model.This paper expounds the reasons for the integration of logistics information platform from the two aspects of different information demand between logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises, and analyzes the operation mechanism of logistics information platform.Under the guidance of link key theory, this paper analyzes the main and object units of logistics integration body and related field elements, and puts forward that the construction of integrated logistics information platform is a kind of information type link key, resource type connection key and function type connection key.A synthetic connection key that combines a technical type of connection key.This paper designs and implements the integrated logistics information platform of Shaanxi coal non-coal industry, realizes the information sharing of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the whole supply chain, provides the integrated professional logistics service for the enterprises in the supply chain, and realizes "controllable and efficient,"Information based supply chain, and put forward a new idea of information integration based on individual enterprise.
