【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和經(jīng)營與服務(wù)的不斷增加,嘉禾物業(yè)管理公司對運(yùn)營管理事務(wù)和流程也需要不斷深入發(fā)掘和優(yōu)化,企業(yè)經(jīng)營者越來越注重對信息的全面掌握和分析。針對這一需求,該公司立項(xiàng)開發(fā)面向本公司物業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的信息化管理支持系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)面向物業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的實(shí)際特點(diǎn)和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,基于以企業(yè)資源管理和供應(yīng)鏈管理思想為核心的先進(jìn)運(yùn)營管理理念,結(jié)合本公司的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)與處理規(guī)范,有針對性地實(shí)現(xiàn)面向企業(yè)的物業(yè)經(jīng)營管理實(shí)際需要的信息化管理功能,主要包括物業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理、客戶信息管理、項(xiàng)目預(yù)算管理和費(fèi)用管理、采購供應(yīng)管理、物資管理和設(shè)備維護(hù)管理等功能。本文基于以上需求為背景,結(jié)合該公司的核心業(yè)務(wù)即物業(yè)管理業(yè)務(wù)的信息化管理功能的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),從軟件工程開發(fā)的角度進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的闡述。論文首先著重論述該軟件系統(tǒng)的主要功能需求,圍繞物業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理、采購供應(yīng)管理、物資管理、設(shè)備維護(hù)管理和其他輔助管理功能進(jìn)行需求分析。在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,著重闡述了該管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì),包括業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)方案、軟件系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)、各內(nèi)部功能單元及其主要相關(guān)流程的設(shè)計(jì)與管理。以軟件設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ),繼而著重討論了該應(yīng)用管理軟件在系統(tǒng)的客戶端和數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器端的主要的模塊程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)及其相關(guān)的測試等方面。 該軟件基于Windows/.NET和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn),運(yùn)行可靠,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的預(yù)定目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of enterprise scale and the increase of management and service, the management of Jiahe property company also needs to explore and optimize the operation management affairs and processes. The business operators pay more and more attention to the comprehensive grasp and analysis of information.In response to this demand, the company project to develop the company's property management information management support system.The system is based on the advanced operation and management idea based on enterprise resource management and supply chain management, combined with the actual business characteristics and processing standards of the company, facing to the actual characteristics and enterprise strategy of property management, and based on the advanced operation management concept with enterprise resource management and supply chain management as the core.To realize the information management function of the real estate management for enterprises, including property project management, customer information management, project budget management and cost management, procurement and supply management,Material management and equipment maintenance management and other functions.Based on the above requirements and the design and realization of the information management function of the company's core business, this paper systematically expounds from the point of view of software engineering development.Firstly, the paper focuses on the main functional requirements of the software system, focusing on property project management, procurement and supply management, material management, equipment maintenance management and other auxiliary management functions.On the basis of requirement analysis, the software design of the management system is emphasized, including the design scheme of the business database, the overall structure of the software system, the design and management of each internal function unit and its main related processes.Based on the software design, the main modules of the application management software in the client and database server of the system are discussed in detail.The software is developed on the basis of Windows/.NET and SQL Server database, running reliably and reaching the target of design and development.
