政府獎(jiǎng)懲制造商的差別定價(jià)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈回收模式研究

【摘要】:伴隨著“兩型”(資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型)社會(huì)的建設(shè)和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,更加強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)資源的循環(huán)使用和環(huán)境的保護(hù)。目前,我國(guó)每年的固體垃圾污染現(xiàn)象十分嚴(yán)重。為了節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境,我國(guó)立法機(jī)構(gòu)和政府相繼出臺(tái)法律法規(guī),強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)廢舊品進(jìn)行回收再制造。政府和企業(yè)作為主要參與主體承擔(dān)著重要的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。本文以政府獎(jiǎng)懲制造商為前提,以新產(chǎn)品和再制品的批發(fā)價(jià)格和銷(xiāo)售價(jià)格差別定價(jià)為條件,展開(kāi)對(duì)廢舊品回收再制造模式的研究。首先,在已有的文獻(xiàn)資料基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)闡釋了廢舊品回收再制造閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈模式。其次,運(yùn)用定量的分析方法構(gòu)建三種回收數(shù)學(xué)模型——制造商回收模式(M模式)、制造商委托零售商回收模式(RM-模式)、制造商委托第三方服務(wù)商回收模式(TPM-模式)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用算例分析方式探討了政府獎(jiǎng)懲因子和最低回收率對(duì)相關(guān)參數(shù)的影響,并從政府、制造商、零售商以及閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈和消費(fèi)者等維度對(duì)每種回收模式下的相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。最后,對(duì)三種回收模式下的研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,確定了制造商回收模式實(shí)現(xiàn)了回收效率和閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈利益最優(yōu)的結(jié)論,并從政府獎(jiǎng)懲措施、制造商回收措施和供應(yīng)鏈回收流程管理三個(gè)角度提出了相應(yīng)的回收對(duì)策,有利于提高廢舊產(chǎn)品的回收效率和企業(yè)的最優(yōu)利潤(rùn),保障了政府獎(jiǎng)懲政策的有效性,對(duì)開(kāi)展廢舊品回收再制造工程具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the construction of "two types" (resource-saving, environment-friendly) society and the development of circular economy, more emphasis is placed on the recycling of resources and the protection of the environment.At present, the pollution of solid waste every year in China is very serious.In order to save resources and protect the environment, the legislature and government of our country have issued laws and regulations one after another, emphasizing recycling and remanufacturing of waste products.Government and enterprises as the main participants bear important responsibilities and obligations.Based on the premise of government reward and punishment of manufacturers and the differential pricing of wholesale price and sale price of new products and remanufactured products, this paper studies the model of recycling and remanufacturing of waste and used products.Firstly, based on the existing literature, the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized, and the closed-loop supply chain model of recycling and remanufacturing of waste goods is explained based on the relevant theory.Secondly, using quantitative analysis method, we construct three kinds of mathematical models of recycling: manufacturer recycling model, manufacturer commissioned retailer recovery model, manufacturer commissioned third party service provider recovery model and TPM-model.On this basis, the effects of the government reward and punishment factors and the minimum recovery rate on the relevant parameters are discussed by using a numerical example, and from the government, manufacturers,Retailers, closed-loop supply chains and consumers, etc., summarize the relevant situation in each recovery mode.Finally, the research results of three kinds of recycling models are compared and analyzed, and the conclusion that the manufacturer recycling mode realizes the optimal recovery efficiency and the benefit of the closed-loop supply chain is determined, and the government rewards and punishment measures are given.The recovery measures of manufacturer and the management of supply chain recycling process put forward the corresponding recovery countermeasures, which can improve the recovery efficiency of waste products and the optimal profit of enterprises, and ensure the effectiveness of government reward and punishment policy.It is of great significance to carry out recycling and remanufacturing engineering of waste products.
