運(yùn)用第四方物流解決S公司供應(yīng)鏈轉(zhuǎn)型需求的研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今的物流領(lǐng)域,第三方物流(3PL)已經(jīng)被大部分企業(yè)所認(rèn)知和接受。這種自上而下、向縱深不斷發(fā)展的第三方物流服務(wù),在企業(yè)集中主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)、減少庫(kù)存、降低物流成本等方面起到了不可估量的作用。 隨著物流行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和細(xì)分化,第四方物流這個(gè)概念運(yùn)勢(shì)而生。第四方物流的縮寫是“4PL”,也被稱為領(lǐng)先物流服務(wù)提供商。這一新理念是在1998年由埃森哲咨詢公司率先提出并注冊(cè)的。它將4PL定義為:“一個(gè)調(diào)配和管理組織自身的以及具有互補(bǔ)性的服務(wù)提供商的資源、能力與技術(shù),來提供全面的供應(yīng)鏈解決方案的供應(yīng)鏈集成商”。 最近,作為全球半導(dǎo)體企業(yè)的主要化學(xué)品供應(yīng)商之一的S公司在中國(guó)贏得了一家新的大型跨國(guó)半導(dǎo)體企業(yè)W的招標(biāo),W公司在全國(guó)有很多的事業(yè)部,W公司要求S公司成為其化學(xué)品原料的生產(chǎn)和配送中心,并需要S公司提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程以及應(yīng)對(duì)將來大量生產(chǎn)的供應(yīng)鏈方案和物流模式的轉(zhuǎn)型。 作為S公司的供應(yīng)鏈負(fù)責(zé)人,作者試圖通過研究第四方物流理論知識(shí)和供應(yīng)鏈外置技術(shù),運(yùn)用第四方物流的理論為S公司設(shè)計(jì)新供應(yīng)鏈流程和方案,將供應(yīng)鏈資源外置,為S公司在即將迎來的新業(yè)務(wù)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈成功轉(zhuǎn)型。通過本文的研究和模擬實(shí)踐,希望為S公司在供應(yīng)鏈轉(zhuǎn)型方面提供一些思路和啟示,也期望其他企業(yè)能夠借鑒性的將第四方物流理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合來優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈解決方案。
[Abstract]:In the field of logistics nowadays, the third Party Logistics (TPL) has been recognized and accepted by most enterprises.This top-down, to the depth of the development of third-party logistics services, in the main business, reduce inventory, reduce logistics costs and other aspects played an inestimable role.With the continuous development and differentiation of logistics industry, the fourth party logistics concept comes into being.Fourth party logistics acronym is "4PL", also known as leading logistics service provider.This new concept was first proposed and registered in 1998 by Accenture Consulting.It defines 4PL as "a supply chain integrator that deploys and manages the resources, capabilities and technologies of an organization's own and complementary service providers to provide a comprehensive supply chain solution".Recently,As one of the major chemical suppliers of semiconductor enterprises in the world, company S has won a bid for W, a new large multinational semiconductor company in China.Its chemical raw materials production and distribution centre,It also needs S company to provide standardized process and supply chain solution and logistics model transformation for mass production in the future.As the supply chain leader of S Company, the author tries to design a new supply chain process and scheme for S Company by studying the theoretical knowledge of the fourth party logistics and the external technology of the supply chain, and puts the supply chain resources out of the supply chain, and applies the fourth party logistics theory to design a new supply chain flow and scheme for S Company.For S Company in the upcoming new business, the successful transformation of the supply chain.Through the research and simulation practice in this paper, we hope to provide some ideas and enlightenment for S company in the supply chain transformation, and hope that other enterprises can combine the fourth party logistics theory and practice to optimize the supply chain solution.
