基于產(chǎn)品生命周期的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈碳排放和收益波動研究

【摘要】:在綜合考慮家電產(chǎn)品從生產(chǎn)、分銷、使用、回收、到再制造各環(huán)節(jié)的碳排放因子和成本投入因子下,構(gòu)建由單一制造商、零售商和第三方物流商組成的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈(Closed-Loop Supply Chain,CLSC)系統(tǒng),提出了適用于家電產(chǎn)品回收再制造的處置決策,將再制造流程分為三層:原材料層、零部件層、最終產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)層,根據(jù)回收質(zhì)量確定回收品進入再制造不同流程的可能性。基于此,本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,為了研究回收模式對CLSC整體利潤和碳排放的影響,按照回收質(zhì)量等級和回收商回收處置能力提出三種回收情境,即分別由零售商負責(zé)回收、制造商負責(zé)回收和第三方負責(zé)回收構(gòu)建成的再制造CLSC模式。采用Stackelberg博弈論,在分散決策下比較分析不同情境中碳排放因子對批發(fā)價格、零售價格、回收價格的影響,進而分析碳排放對CLSC整體收益波動規(guī)律的影響。其次,為進一步研究市場主導(dǎo)力量和回收模式對CLSC利潤和碳排放的影響,構(gòu)建四種回收情境,即制造商主導(dǎo)制造商回收、制造商主導(dǎo)零售商回收、零售商主導(dǎo)制造商回收和零售商主導(dǎo)零售商回收。采用Stackelberg博弈,在分散決策下比較分析不同情境中影響批發(fā)價格、零售價格及回收價格的波動因子——回收質(zhì)量、排放因子、回收可利用性等,由此研究CLSC的碳排放和收益波動規(guī)律,進而通過數(shù)值分析,探討在生產(chǎn)與運輸單位碳排放量作用下的CLSC總利潤和總排放的波動趨勢。最后,考慮到家電產(chǎn)品使用排放占比重的特點,在綜合考慮家電產(chǎn)品從生產(chǎn)、分銷、使用,到回收再制造全生命周期中的碳排放,構(gòu)建同時存在新產(chǎn)品與再造品的CLSC系統(tǒng),提出回收質(zhì)量等級的評測方案,研究不同質(zhì)量的回收品進入再制造不同流程的可能性,構(gòu)建新產(chǎn)品與再造品定價與能效決策方案,進一步研究了新產(chǎn)品與再造品在CLSC各環(huán)節(jié)碳的排放。通過數(shù)值分析,研究回收質(zhì)量對新產(chǎn)品與再造品定價、能效,和市場需求的影響,進而研究消費者在生產(chǎn)商決策產(chǎn)品定價和能效背景下的產(chǎn)品購買和處置行為決策。通過在不同情境下對CLSC的利潤和碳排放的深入研究,為企業(yè)權(quán)衡利潤和碳排放提供依據(jù),為消費者在產(chǎn)品碳排放較低水平下進行購買和淘汰決策提供引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Under the consideration of the carbon emission factor and cost input factor in the production, distribution, use, recovery and remanufacture of household appliances, a closed-loop supply chain Supply chain SCC system consisting of a single manufacturer, retailer and third party logistics provider is constructed.The remanufacturing process is divided into three layers: raw material layer, component layer and final product production layer. According to the recovery quality, the possibility of remanufacturing process is determined.Based on this, the main contents of this paper are as follows: first, in order to study the impact of recycling model on CLSC overall profits and carbon emissions, three recycling scenarios are proposed according to the recovery quality level and recycler's ability to recycle and dispose.The retailer is responsible for recycling, the manufacturer is responsible for recycling and the third party is responsible for recycling the constructed remanufacturing CLSC model.Based on Stackelberg game theory, the effects of carbon emission factors on wholesale price, retail price and recovery price in different situations are compared under decentralized decision, and the influence of carbon emission on the fluctuation of CLSC overall income is analyzed.Secondly, in order to further study the influence of market leading power and recycling model on CLSC profit and carbon emissions, four recycling scenarios are constructed, namely manufacturer leading manufacturer recycling and manufacturer leading retailer recycling.Retailers dominate manufacturer recycling and retailers dominate retailer recycling.Stackelberg game is used to compare and analyze the fluctuation factors of wholesale price, retail price and recovery price in different situations, such as recovery quality, emission factor, recovery availability and so on.In this paper, the fluctuation law of carbon emission and income of CLSC is studied, and the fluctuation trend of total profit and total emission of CLSC under the action of carbon emission per unit of production and transportation is discussed through numerical analysis.Finally, considering the characteristics of the proportion of household appliance emissions, considering the carbon emissions from the production, distribution, use, and recycling of household appliances throughout the life cycle, a CLSC system with both new products and recycled products is constructed.The evaluation scheme of recovery quality grade is put forward, and the possibility of different quality recycled products entering into different processes of remanufacturing is studied, and the pricing and energy efficiency decision scheme of new products and recycled products are constructed.The carbon emissions of new products and recycled products in CLSC were further studied.Through numerical analysis, the effects of recovery quality on pricing, energy efficiency, and market demand of new and recycled products are studied, and then consumers' purchase and disposal behavior decisions under the background of producer decision, product pricing and energy efficiency are studied.Through the in-depth study on the profit and carbon emission of CLSC in different situations, this paper provides the basis for enterprises to weigh profits and carbon emissions, and provides guidance for consumers to purchase and eliminate products at low carbon emission level.
