基于需求波動(dòng)的供應(yīng)鏈倉儲(chǔ)資源共享定價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和市場(chǎng)分工的明細(xì)化,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)從企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展成為供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如何獲取和保持供應(yīng)鏈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)成為了供應(yīng)鏈成員企業(yè)所關(guān)心的首要問題。近年來,作為增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力最重要方法之一的供應(yīng)鏈管理逐漸被應(yīng)用。 在供應(yīng)鏈中,庫存有利于緩解供需矛盾,預(yù)防不確定性,節(jié)省作業(yè)費(fèi)用,作業(yè)交換費(fèi)用,均衡生產(chǎn),改善服務(wù)。但是庫存同時(shí)會(huì)占用大量的資金,帶來一定的庫存成本,例如利息、儲(chǔ)藏保管費(fèi)用、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用、價(jià)值損失費(fèi)用等,對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、營(yíng)銷策略、資金利用、服務(wù)水平等方面有重要影響。因此,如何管理好庫存成為了供應(yīng)鏈管理的重點(diǎn)。 本文采取了定性分析、定量分析與案例研究相結(jié)合的研究方法來解決我國(guó)企業(yè)庫存管理效率低下的問題。文章試圖從整合供應(yīng)鏈庫存資源的角度出發(fā),根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈成員企業(yè)的庫存需求波動(dòng)特征(如季節(jié)波動(dòng)性),以及成員企業(yè)庫存需求波動(dòng)特征存在的時(shí)間差,提出了將產(chǎn)品通過租庫存儲(chǔ)形式向市場(chǎng)前移、共同使用供應(yīng)鏈成員企業(yè)庫存資源的庫存管理模式,并對(duì)共同使用的庫存資源進(jìn)行了合理的定價(jià),將需求波動(dòng)的峰值交錯(cuò),以降低各自運(yùn)營(yíng)的物流成本,從而提高供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。最后文章結(jié)合了實(shí)際案例對(duì)新提出的庫存管理模式進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)定價(jià)問題進(jìn)行了測(cè)算。另外,在結(jié)論部分對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出了研究中存在的不足以及對(duì)未來研究方向展望。
[Abstract]:With the details of the global economic integration and market division, market competition is from the competition between enterprises become between supply chain and supply chain competition. How to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage of supply chain has become the primary problem of the members of the supply chain enterprises are concerned about. In recent years, as the supply chain management to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is one of the most an important method has been used.
In the supply chain, inventory will help ease the contradiction between supply and demand, to prevent uncertainty, save operation cost, operation cost of exchange, balanced production, improve the service. But at the same time inventory will take up a lot of money, bring some inventory costs, such as interest, storage and storage costs, insurance costs, loss of value to the production cost etc. planning, marketing strategy, the use of funds, have an important impact on service levels and other aspects. Therefore, how to manage the inventory has become the focus of supply chain management.
This paper adopts qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and case study research methods combined to solve our country enterprise inventory management efficiency is low. Starting from the integration of the supply chain inventory resources angle, according to the inventory demand fluctuation characteristics of member enterprises in the supply chain (such as the seasonal fluctuation), and members of the enterprise inventory demand fluctuation the characteristics of the time difference, the product through the rent storage form to the market forward, the common use of the member enterprises in the supply chain inventory inventory management model, and the use of common stock resources are reasonably priced, the peak demand fluctuation staggered, to reduce their operating cost of logistics, so as to improve the supply chain competitiveness. Then the paper combines the actual case to analyze the new inventory management mode, and the pricing problem was calculated. In addition, in conclusion The full text is summarized, and points out the problems in the research and the direction of future research prospects.
