考慮軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)的寄售庫存模型研究

【摘要】:寄售庫存是供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的一種聯(lián)合庫存管理理論,它指供應(yīng)商在使用貨物前暫不取得貨物及其所有權(quán),而是將其存放于生產(chǎn)商倉庫中,直至使用后才支付相關(guān)費(fèi)用。在實(shí)踐中越來越多的企業(yè)開始運(yùn)用寄售庫存策略,并取得了很好的效果。目前對它的研究仍有待深入,絕大部分也并沒有考慮運(yùn)輸成本這一問題。根據(jù)物流系統(tǒng)中的效益背反理論,庫存控制和運(yùn)輸決策都是配送供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的一部分,整體研究應(yīng)優(yōu)于分別研究。而供應(yīng)鏈管理的最終目標(biāo)是使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)效益的最優(yōu)化。事實(shí)表明,庫存及運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用的總和可以通過優(yōu)化算法得到顯著的降低。怎樣通過優(yōu)化理論實(shí)現(xiàn)庫存及運(yùn)輸問題的整體最優(yōu)成為了學(xué)術(shù)界的熱點(diǎn),計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、管理科學(xué)與工程、系統(tǒng)理論等領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者們已經(jīng)開始了對該問題的研究。本文對考慮軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)的單賣方多買方寄售庫存模型進(jìn)行了研究。文章對聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)庫存、寄售庫存、軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)和庫存運(yùn)輸集成的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述研究。并分析了現(xiàn)有寄售庫存模型的不足,結(jié)合軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,針對Zavanella和Zanoni的模型,本文構(gòu)建了一個(gè)單賣方多買方的寄售庫存模型(CS Model),相較了前者更全面嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),更符合實(shí)際情況,并細(xì)化了運(yùn)輸成本變量,分別構(gòu)建了全連通運(yùn)輸?shù)募氖蹘齑婺P秃洼S輻式運(yùn)輸寄售庫存模型,并用遺傳算法進(jìn)行了算例仿真,分別比較了買方和賣方的庫存成本和運(yùn)輸成本。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,相較于點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)運(yùn)輸?shù)娜B通網(wǎng)絡(luò),具有干線運(yùn)輸折扣的軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)是更有利于降低系統(tǒng)總成本的運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)。但是在不同的折扣參數(shù)下,應(yīng)選用不同的運(yùn)輸策略。最后,總結(jié)了本文所做的工作,指出了文中仍存在的問題,并且對未來可繼續(xù)研究的方向做了展望。
[Abstract]:Consignment inventory is a kind of joint inventory management theory in the supply chain environment. It refers to the supplier does not acquire the goods and their ownership before using the goods, but stores them in the warehouse of the manufacturer, and pays the related expenses only after using them.In practice, more and more enterprises began to use consignment inventory strategy, and achieved good results.At present, the research on it is still to be deepened, and most of them do not consider the transportation cost.According to the inverse theory of benefit in logistics system, inventory control and transportation decision are both part of the distribution supply chain system, so the overall research should be better than the separate research.The ultimate goal of supply chain management is to optimize the benefit of the whole system.It is shown that the sum of inventory and transportation costs can be significantly reduced by the optimization algorithm.How to realize the overall optimization of inventory and transportation through optimization theory has become a hot topic in academic circles. Scholars in the fields of computer science, operational research, management science and engineering, system theory and so on have begun to study this problem.In this paper, a single seller multi-buyer consignment inventory model considering radial network is studied.In this paper, the related literatures on joint production inventory, consignment inventory, axle radial network and inventory transportation integration are reviewed and studied.This paper also analyzes the deficiency of the existing consignment inventory model, combined with the axle-spoke network theory, aiming at the models of Zavanella and Zanoni, this paper constructs a single seller and multi-buyer consignment inventory model, which is more comprehensive and rigorous than the former, and more in line with the actual situation.The transportation cost variables are refined, the consignment inventory model of fully connected transportation and the spool transport consignment inventory model are constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to simulate the inventory cost and transportation cost of buyer and seller respectively.The experimental results show that the axis-radial network with trunk line transportation discount is more favorable to reduce the total cost of the system than the point-to-point fully connected network.However, under different discount parameters, different transportation strategies should be chosen.Finally, the work done in this paper is summarized, the existing problems are pointed out, and the future research directions are prospected.
