【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)生的各種突發(fā)事件,比如非典、海嘯、地震等,使得企業(yè)間的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)不確定性增加,供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)和穩(wěn)定變得越來(lái)越困難。同時(shí),突發(fā)事件導(dǎo)致的市場(chǎng)需求的劇烈波動(dòng),使得原有供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)性遭到破壞。供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)必須采取有效措施應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)需求的干擾,保證企業(yè)正常運(yùn)行。因此,針對(duì)突發(fā)事件的研究是一個(gè)非常緊迫而又有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的任務(wù)。 供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)合理有效地整合物流、資金流和信息流,可以極大的體現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理的優(yōu)勢(shì),,提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文通過(guò)將供應(yīng)鏈契約應(yīng)用到供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題中,提升突發(fā)事件發(fā)生下供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對(duì)能力,為企業(yè)決策提供依據(jù)。研究采取理論分析和數(shù)值分析相結(jié)合的方式。在研究中,運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈契約理論、博弈論、微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論和知識(shí)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析和探討。研究論文是在相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用回購(gòu)契約研究零售商占優(yōu)型供應(yīng)鏈的應(yīng)急需求協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題。研究分為對(duì)二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈和三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)分析。 首先分析零售商占優(yōu)型二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件的能力以及采取的協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對(duì)方法。然后詳細(xì)分析研究三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈針對(duì)突發(fā)需求的協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對(duì)能力,并同時(shí)給出新的抗突發(fā)性的契約函數(shù)。采用新的抗突發(fā)性回購(gòu)契約能實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈整體的重新協(xié)調(diào),使得利益在各企業(yè)間合理分配,供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效達(dá)到最優(yōu)。最后,在分析完供應(yīng)鏈模型后,會(huì)相應(yīng)的給出一些具體的數(shù)值分析案例,對(duì)模型的有效性以及適用性給出比較直觀的闡釋。數(shù)值分析表明新構(gòu)建的抗突發(fā)性回購(gòu)契約函數(shù)可以有效的應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件的發(fā)生,驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:All kinds of unexpected events in modern society, such as SARS, tsunami, earthquake and so on, make the uncertainty of supply chain system increase, and the coordination and stability of supply chain becomes more and more difficult.At the same time, the sharp fluctuation of market demand caused by unexpected events destroys the coordination of the original supply chain system.Supply chain node enterprises must take effective measures to deal with the interference of sudden demand to ensure the normal operation of enterprises.Therefore, the study of emergencies is a very urgent and practical task.The reasonable and effective integration of logistics, capital flow and information flow of supply chain enterprises can greatly reflect the advantages of supply chain management and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, the supply chain contract is applied to supply chain coordination to improve the supply chain coordination and response ability in case of unexpected events, which provides the basis for enterprises to make decisions.The research adopts the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical analysis.In the study, the supply chain contract theory, game theory, microeconomics and other related theories and knowledge points are analyzed and discussed in detail.Based on the research of relevant scholars, this paper studies the emergency demand coordination problem of retailer dominant supply chain by using repo contract.The research is divided into two-level supply chain and three-level supply chain coordination analysis.Firstly, the paper analyzes the ability of retailers to deal with emergencies and the coordinated response.Then, the coordination and response ability of three-level supply chain to unexpected demand is analyzed in detail, and a new contract function is given.The new anti-sudden repurchase contract can realize the overall recoordination of the supply chain, make the benefits reasonably distributed among the enterprises, and optimize the supply chain performance.Finally, after analyzing the supply chain model, some specific numerical analysis cases are given, and the validity and applicability of the model are explained intuitively.Numerical analysis shows that the newly constructed anti-paroxysmal repurchase contract function can effectively deal with the occurrence of unexpected events and verifies the feasibility of the model.
