【摘要】:綠色產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)需要考慮供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)的綠色性能。同時,供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)必須匹配產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)以提高供應(yīng)鏈綜合績效。本文從綠色產(chǎn)品模塊化設(shè)計(jì)與供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)之間復(fù)雜的耦合關(guān)系出發(fā),基于兩者之間的主從關(guān)系,提出一種綠色產(chǎn)品模塊化與供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)方法,并建立了雙層規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型。文章的最后通過企業(yè)具體實(shí)例對模型有效性進(jìn)行了分析驗(yàn)證,并提出了未來的研究方向。 第一章闡述了本模型提出的背景和本研究的意義,分析了模塊化設(shè)計(jì)與供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)之間的耦合關(guān)系,總結(jié)了模塊化設(shè)計(jì)與供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化研究的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,最后提出了本文研究內(nèi)容的框架。 第二章提出了綠色產(chǎn)品模塊化與供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)雙層規(guī)劃模型。這一章首先對綠色產(chǎn)品模塊化與供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)的過程進(jìn)行了抽象描述,然后提出了產(chǎn)品全生命周期綠色度評價指標(biāo)體系、供應(yīng)鏈評價指標(biāo)體系和相應(yīng)定量化方法,最后提出了綠色產(chǎn)品模塊化與供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)雙層規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型。 第三章提出了運(yùn)用遺傳算法求解綠色產(chǎn)品模塊化與供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)雙層規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型的方法。內(nèi)容主要包括:首先介紹了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遺傳算法,然后在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遺傳算法的基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文模型的遺傳算法,包括染色體的編碼,遺傳算子的設(shè)定和初始種群設(shè)定等問題。 第四章以豆?jié){機(jī)為研究對象,應(yīng)用本文提出的綠色產(chǎn)品模塊化與供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)的方法,獲得若干聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對方案進(jìn)行了分析。 第五章對論文研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Green product design needs to consider the green performance of supply chain.At the same time, the supply chain design must match the product design to improve the integrated performance of the supply chain.Based on the complex coupling relationship between green product modularization design and supply chain design, and based on the principal and subordinate relationship between them, a joint design method of green product modularization and supply chain is proposed in this paper, and a bilevel programming mathematical model is established.At the end of the paper, the validity of the model is analyzed and verified by an enterprise example, and the future research direction is proposed.The first chapter describes the background of this model and the significance of this study, analyzes the coupling relationship between modular design and supply chain design, summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of modular design and supply chain design joint optimization research.Finally, the framework of this paper is put forward.In the second chapter, a bilevel programming model of green product modularization and supply chain design is proposed.In this chapter, the process of joint design of green product modularization and supply chain is described abstractly, and then the index system of green degree evaluation, supply chain evaluation index system and corresponding quantitative method are put forward.Finally, a double-level programming mathematical model of green product modularization and supply chain design is proposed.In the third chapter, a genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the bilevel programming mathematical model of green product modularization and supply chain design.The main contents are as follows: firstly, the standard genetic algorithm is introduced, then the genetic algorithm of the model is proposed based on the standard genetic algorithm, including the coding of chromosome, the setting of genetic operator and the setting of initial population.In the fourth chapter, we take soybean milk machine as the research object, apply the method of green product modularization and supply chain joint design, get some joint design schemes, and analyze the scheme.The fifth chapter summarizes and prospects the content of the thesis.
