【摘要】: 加入WTO為中國汽車制造企業(yè)帶來了機遇和挑戰(zhàn),國內的汽車市場環(huán)境正在發(fā)生著巨大的變化,汽車產業(yè)的各個企業(yè)迎來了前所未有的機遇。于是,合理供應商的選擇成為企業(yè)急需挖掘的利潤增長點,當今汽車行業(yè)的競爭已經不再是企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競爭,而是供應鏈與供應鏈之間的競爭。統(tǒng)計數據顯示,供應鏈管理的有效實施可以使企業(yè)總成本下降20%左右,供應鏈上的節(jié)點企業(yè)按時交貨率提高15%以上,訂貨到生產的周期時間縮短20%~30%,供應鏈上的節(jié)點企業(yè)生產率增值明顯提高約15%以上。由于越來越多的企業(yè)已經認識到實施供應鏈管理所帶來的巨大好處,所以本文認為汽車制造企業(yè)必須建立一套對供應商進行系統(tǒng)準確的選擇、評審的制度,使之成為企業(yè)的合作伙伴,并隨企業(yè)共同成長。 本文通過對以往汽車制造企業(yè)供應商選擇和評價文獻研究,分析中國汽車行業(yè)現行的供應商選擇和評價的程序和評分方法,找出了它們現在的零部件分類和評價體系的缺點和不足,建立了一套包括14個一級指標和42個二級指標的供應商評價體系,在評價方法上運用靈活的綜合評價方法,通過最終每個供應商的最后得分,為供應商的選擇和評價提供合理的數據依據。 本文研究發(fā)現“商品售后服務”一直是供應商選擇和評價的一項重要指標,而汽車制造企業(yè)更應該重視產品的維修服務和配送安裝,卻一直被以往的供應商選擇和評價體系忽視,所以本文單獨將其列為一級指標。 最后,本文基于總結全文的基礎,找出了研究的不足之處,并對本領域今后的研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:China's entry into WTO has brought opportunities and challenges to China's automobile manufacturing enterprises. The domestic automobile market environment is undergoing tremendous changes, and various enterprises in the automobile industry have ushered in unprecedented opportunities.Therefore, the choice of reasonable suppliers has become the profit growth point that enterprises need to tap urgently. Nowadays, the competition of automobile industry is no longer the competition between enterprises, but between supply chains and supply chains.Statistical data show that the effective implementation of supply chain management can reduce the total cost of enterprises by about 20%, and the on-time delivery rate of the node enterprises in the supply chain can be increased by more than 15%.The period from ordering to production is shortened by 20%, and the productivity increment of the node enterprises in the supply chain is increased by more than 15%.As more and more enterprises have realized the great benefits brought by the implementation of supply chain management, this paper holds that automobile manufacturing enterprises must establish a system of systematic and accurate selection and evaluation of suppliers.Make it become the partner of the enterprise, and grow together with the enterprise.This paper analyzes the current procedure and scoring method of supplier selection and evaluation in Chinese automobile industry through the study of previous literatures on supplier selection and evaluation in automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper finds out the shortcomings and shortcomings of their current parts classification and evaluation system, and establishes a supplier evaluation system, which includes 14 first-grade indexes and 42 second-level indicators, and applies flexible comprehensive evaluation methods to the evaluation methods.The final score of each supplier provides reasonable data basis for supplier selection and evaluation.This paper finds that "commodity after-sales service" has always been an important indicator of supplier selection and evaluation, and automobile manufacturing enterprises should pay more attention to product maintenance services and distribution installation.However, it has been ignored by the previous supplier selection and evaluation system, so it is singled out as a primary index in this paper.Finally, based on the summary of the whole paper, this paper finds out the deficiency of the research, and puts forward the prospect of the future research in this field.
