汽車制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)商選擇與評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】: 加入WTO為中國汽車制造企業(yè)帶來了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),國內(nèi)的汽車市場(chǎng)環(huán)境正在發(fā)生著巨大的變化,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的各個(gè)企業(yè)迎來了前所未有的機(jī)遇。于是,合理供應(yīng)商的選擇成為企業(yè)急需挖掘的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),當(dāng)今汽車行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)不再是企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,供應(yīng)鏈管理的有效實(shí)施可以使企業(yè)總成本下降20%左右,供應(yīng)鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)按時(shí)交貨率提高15%以上,訂貨到生產(chǎn)的周期時(shí)間縮短20%~30%,供應(yīng)鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率增值明顯提高約15%以上。由于越來越多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理所帶來的巨大好處,所以本文認(rèn)為汽車制造企業(yè)必須建立一套對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確的選擇、評(píng)審的制度,使之成為企業(yè)的合作伙伴,并隨企業(yè)共同成長(zhǎng)。 本文通過對(duì)以往汽車制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)商選擇和評(píng)價(jià)文獻(xiàn)研究,分析中國汽車行業(yè)現(xiàn)行的供應(yīng)商選擇和評(píng)價(jià)的程序和評(píng)分方法,找出了它們現(xiàn)在的零部件分類和評(píng)價(jià)體系的缺點(diǎn)和不足,建立了一套包括14個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和42個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)體系,在評(píng)價(jià)方法上運(yùn)用靈活的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,通過最終每個(gè)供應(yīng)商的最后得分,為供應(yīng)商的選擇和評(píng)價(jià)提供合理的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。 本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)“商品售后服務(wù)”一直是供應(yīng)商選擇和評(píng)價(jià)的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo),而汽車制造企業(yè)更應(yīng)該重視產(chǎn)品的維修服務(wù)和配送安裝,卻一直被以往的供應(yīng)商選擇和評(píng)價(jià)體系忽視,所以本文單獨(dú)將其列為一級(jí)指標(biāo)。 最后,本文基于總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ),找出了研究的不足之處,并對(duì)本領(lǐng)域今后的研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:China's entry into WTO has brought opportunities and challenges to China's automobile manufacturing enterprises. The domestic automobile market environment is undergoing tremendous changes, and various enterprises in the automobile industry have ushered in unprecedented opportunities.Therefore, the choice of reasonable suppliers has become the profit growth point that enterprises need to tap urgently. Nowadays, the competition of automobile industry is no longer the competition between enterprises, but between supply chains and supply chains.Statistical data show that the effective implementation of supply chain management can reduce the total cost of enterprises by about 20%, and the on-time delivery rate of the node enterprises in the supply chain can be increased by more than 15%.The period from ordering to production is shortened by 20%, and the productivity increment of the node enterprises in the supply chain is increased by more than 15%.As more and more enterprises have realized the great benefits brought by the implementation of supply chain management, this paper holds that automobile manufacturing enterprises must establish a system of systematic and accurate selection and evaluation of suppliers.Make it become the partner of the enterprise, and grow together with the enterprise.This paper analyzes the current procedure and scoring method of supplier selection and evaluation in Chinese automobile industry through the study of previous literatures on supplier selection and evaluation in automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper finds out the shortcomings and shortcomings of their current parts classification and evaluation system, and establishes a supplier evaluation system, which includes 14 first-grade indexes and 42 second-level indicators, and applies flexible comprehensive evaluation methods to the evaluation methods.The final score of each supplier provides reasonable data basis for supplier selection and evaluation.This paper finds that "commodity after-sales service" has always been an important indicator of supplier selection and evaluation, and automobile manufacturing enterprises should pay more attention to product maintenance services and distribution installation.However, it has been ignored by the previous supplier selection and evaluation system, so it is singled out as a primary index in this paper.Finally, based on the summary of the whole paper, this paper finds out the deficiency of the research, and puts forward the prospect of the future research in this field.
