基于APS系統(tǒng)的安森公司供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:半導(dǎo)體制造由于復(fù)雜的工藝,高資本的設(shè)施投入,較長(zhǎng)的制造周期,以及苛刻的交付時(shí)間等原因,形成了復(fù)雜的供需網(wǎng)絡(luò)。半導(dǎo)體制造商需要應(yīng)用諸如APS系統(tǒng)這樣的分析型IT工具對(duì)整個(gè)供需網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行集成供應(yīng)鏈管理,使得供應(yīng)鏈的各部分工廠和物流設(shè)施能彼此有機(jī)地協(xié)調(diào)工作,以達(dá)到整體優(yōu)化,取得在一定利潤(rùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,最大化滿足客戶的需求的目的。 本文描述了作為半導(dǎo)體制造商和供應(yīng)商的安森公司的供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)狀,引入的作為集成供應(yīng)鏈管理工具的APS系統(tǒng),及系統(tǒng)模型和各模塊上層邏輯。并對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的集成供應(yīng)鏈管理中面臨的問(wèn)題,即基于APS系統(tǒng)的需求和供應(yīng)規(guī)劃的局限而引起的訂單履行質(zhì)量不高的問(wèn)題,做出了分析。在分析后,描述了公司為優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈管理,以達(dá)到提高訂單履行質(zhì)量的目的,而在APS系統(tǒng)中引入的訂單管理工具,需求層級(jí)架構(gòu)更改,以及增加交付期過(guò)濾模塊的邏輯和實(shí)施過(guò)程。最后預(yù)估了供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化后的效果。 通過(guò)對(duì)安森公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理的描述,及基于APS系統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化,說(shuō)明了與諸如APS系統(tǒng)這樣的分析型IT工具緊密結(jié)合的供應(yīng)鏈管理,其優(yōu)化很大程度上依賴于分析型IT工具的優(yōu)化,為具體企業(yè)在實(shí)踐集成供應(yīng)鏈管理及APS系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用上,提供一條參考路徑。
[Abstract]:Semiconductor manufacturing has formed a complex supply and demand network due to complex process, high capital facility investment, long manufacturing cycle, and harsh delivery time.Semiconductor manufacturers need to use analytical IT tools such as APS to integrate supply chain management across supply and demand networks so that parts of supply chain factories and logistics facilities can work together organically to achieve overall optimization.To maximize the purpose of meeting the needs of customers on the basis of a certain profit.This paper describes the supply chain status of Anson Company as a semiconductor manufacturer and supplier, introduces the APS system as an integrated supply chain management tool, and describes the system model and the upper logic of each module.At the same time, the problems faced in the integrated supply chain management at the present stage, that is, the low quality of order fulfillment caused by the limitation of demand and supply planning based on APS system, are analyzed.After analysis, the paper describes the change of the requirement hierarchy architecture introduced in the APS system to optimize the supply chain management to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of order fulfillment.And the logic and implementation process of adding the delivery time filter module.Finally, the effect of supply chain management optimization is estimated.By describing the supply chain management of Anson Company and optimizing the supply chain management based on APS system, this paper illustrates the supply chain management which is closely combined with analytical IT tools such as APS system.The optimization depends on the optimization of analytical IT tools to a great extent, which provides a reference path for enterprises to practice integrated supply chain management and APS system application.
