【摘要】：本文首先分析了中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)所面臨的外部社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境和行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況，并用波特五力競爭模型著重對中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)的行業(yè)競爭狀況進行分析，說明目前中國中小外貿(mào)公司正面臨前所未有的發(fā)展困境，產(chǎn)業(yè)升級勢在必行。 接著，本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)自身發(fā)展規(guī)律，波特競爭模型和SWOT工具等多方面詳細探討了中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級最現(xiàn)實最可能的選項就是從傳統(tǒng)的OEM經(jīng)營模式過渡到ODM經(jīng)營模式，即中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)大力發(fā)展創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈。同時，本文業(yè)詳細探討了發(fā)展創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)歷的三個階段和科學(xué)設(shè)計創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈的幾個步驟。另外，本文還以香港利豐公司全球供應(yīng)鏈創(chuàng)新管理的成就和埃孚企業(yè)建設(shè)國際授權(quán)品牌鞋類產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈的實際開展情況作范例，來論證中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)實施發(fā)展創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略的必要性和可能性。 鑒于目前中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)普遍面臨的融資難問題以及中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級戰(zhàn)略過程中對資金的巨大需求，本文又詳細分析了中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)開展國際貿(mào)易融資的作用和意義，目前融資難的問題成因以及國際貿(mào)易融資創(chuàng)新的緊迫性。最后，本文通過分析國際貿(mào)易融資的本質(zhì)，價值，創(chuàng)新性，核心特點，風(fēng)險和對策等方面，指出國際貿(mào)易供應(yīng)鏈融資不僅可以根本解決中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)進行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級發(fā)展過程中的融資難問題，而且可以成為提升創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)在推手和核心引擎，增強供應(yīng)鏈的整體競爭力，促進中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大，同時又能直接促進商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)增長，帶來巨大的未來收益，從而達到商業(yè)銀行或金融機構(gòu)與中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)共贏發(fā)展的局面。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the external social and economic environment and the industry development situation faced by small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and focuses on the industry competition situation of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises with Porter's five-force competition model.It shows that China's small and medium-sized foreign trade companies are facing unprecedented development dilemma, industrial upgrading is imperative.Then, this paper discusses in detail the most realistic and possible options for the industrial upgrading of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises from the aspects of industry development law, Porter competition model and SWOT tools, etc., which is the transition from the traditional OEM management mode to the ODM management mode.That is, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to develop innovative supply chain.At the same time, three stages of developing innovative supply chain and several steps of scientifically designing innovative supply chain are discussed in detail.In addition, this paper also takes the achievement of global supply chain innovation management of Hong Kong Li & Fung Company as an example, as well as the actual development of the innovative supply chain for the construction of internationally authorized brand footwear products by EfU enterprises.To demonstrate the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to implement the development of innovative supply chain strategy of necessity and possibility.In view of the current financing difficulties faced by small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and the huge demand for capital in the process of industrial upgrading, this paper analyzes in detail the role and significance of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in carrying out international trade financing.At present, the causes of financing difficulties and the urgency of international trade finance innovation.Finally, this paper analyzes the nature, value, innovation, core characteristics, risks and countermeasures of international trade financing.It is pointed out that the financing of international trade supply chain can not only solve the problem of financing in the process of industrial upgrading and development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, but also become the internal driving force and core engine of promoting innovative supply chain.Enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain, promote the development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, but also directly promote the business growth of commercial banks, bring huge future benefits.In order to achieve commercial banks or financial institutions and small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises win-win situation.
