【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化推動(dòng)著企業(yè)間的競爭加劇，，這一點(diǎn)在跨國企業(yè)上表現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。提升利潤，降低成本，是企業(yè)管理者所追求的共同目標(biāo)。庫存管理，不僅是降低成本的必由之路，更是對企業(yè)運(yùn)營管理的一次新挑戰(zhàn)。梳理職能關(guān)系，組建現(xiàn)代企業(yè)庫存管理構(gòu)架，才是解決庫存問題的重要對策。 論文主要研究了H石油服務(wù)公司庫存管理的問題。首先分析和闡述了幾種現(xiàn)代庫存管理的科學(xué)方法,如JIT、VMI、JMI、CPFR等理論，并對上述理論方法作了相應(yīng)解析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，圍繞H石油服務(wù)公司的兩個(gè)主營項(xiàng)目：完井生產(chǎn)和鉆井評估，深化H石油服務(wù)公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，對庫存的脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行梳理，運(yùn)用案例分析和剖析企業(yè)的庫存現(xiàn)狀，指出現(xiàn)有運(yùn)行體系中存在的問題，有針對性的提出運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有庫存管理方法，如交貨期過長、庫存積壓價(jià)值高、貯存條件未達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等，從現(xiàn)實(shí)的角度分析了其產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)因和外因，采用優(yōu)化庫存管理結(jié)構(gòu)及一體化供應(yīng)鏈等解決方案。論文在總結(jié)石油服務(wù)型企業(yè)存在的類似問題，針對其庫存管理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究和探討，具有一定的實(shí)踐價(jià)值，且對于石油行業(yè)關(guān)于作業(yè)部門庫存管理中遇到的同樣問題，一并具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization promotes the competition between enterprises, which is especially evident in multinational enterprises. Increasing profits and reducing costs are the common goals pursued by enterprise managers. Inventory management is not only the only way to reduce costs, It is also a new challenge to the enterprise operation management. Combing the functional relationship and establishing the modern enterprise inventory management framework are the important countermeasures to solve the inventory problem. This paper mainly studies the problem of inventory management in H Petroleum Service Company. Firstly, several scientific methods of modern inventory management are analyzed and expounded, such as JIT-VMI-JMI-CPFR theory, and the above theoretical methods are analyzed accordingly. Focusing on the two main projects of H oil service company: completion production and drilling evaluation, deepening the organizational structure of H oil service company, combing the stock context, analyzing and analyzing the inventory status of the enterprise by case study. This paper points out the problems existing in the existing operation system, and puts forward the application of the existing inventory management methods, such as long delivery time, high stock backlog value, unstandardized storage conditions, etc. In this paper, the internal and external causes are analyzed from the point of view of reality, and the solutions such as optimizing inventory management structure and integrated supply chain are adopted. It has some practical value to study and discuss the characteristics of inventory management, and it has reference significance for the same problems encountered in the inventory management of the operation department in the petroleum industry.
