【摘要】:鉆石,作為礦物界的珍寶,以其獨特的情感價值、持久價值而成為一種硬通貨。然而,傳統(tǒng)的鉆石行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈對環(huán)境造成了大量污染和資源的大量浪費。對鉆石行業(yè)開展綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理,并對其績效進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的評價可以節(jié)約資源和降低成本的同時提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境績效,實現(xiàn)鉆石行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時就整個社會層面來看,綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理也有利于其良性的發(fā)展。本文從全球鉆石行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),以全球范圍內(nèi)鉆石行業(yè)的綠色供應(yīng)鏈為研究內(nèi)容,以現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)鏈績效評價研究成果為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合鉆石行業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈難題與供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)勢,試圖將AHP模型引入到鉆石行業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域,進(jìn)行鉆石行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理體系的建設(shè)研究,力求為鉆石行業(yè)管理難題提供解決思路。 首先,從供應(yīng)鏈及綠色供應(yīng)鏈的概念著手,通過對兩者的分析比較,指出綠色供應(yīng)鏈在實施過程中的優(yōu)勢及其對企業(yè)、對環(huán)境所產(chǎn)生的巨大效益,同時梳理了綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)理論研究,為下文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,本研究將鉆石業(yè)的實際情況和綠色供應(yīng)鏈的評價有機(jī)結(jié)合,全面分析了鉆石供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu),指出鉆石行業(yè)實施綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的必要性和可行性。通過對幾個比較典型的鉆石公司的供應(yīng)鏈的研究,分析了目前鉆石行業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈存在的問題,指出綠色供應(yīng)鏈評價指標(biāo)體系的重要性。 再次,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,,構(gòu)建了鉆石行業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈評價指標(biāo)體系,并利用AHP法對鉆石綠色供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)評價模型進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建,同時研究了其具體實施過程。 最后,以中非BADICA鉆石有限公司為案例進(jìn)行了實證研究,進(jìn)行了基于AHP法的鉆石行業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈的評價,分析了其綠色供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作流程,并應(yīng)用相關(guān)理論對其提出了一定的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:Diamonds, as treasures of the mineral world, have become a hard currency because of their unique emotional value and enduring value. The traditional supply chain of diamond industry has caused a great deal of pollution and waste of resources to the environment. And scientific and reasonable evaluation of its performance can save resources and reduce costs while improving the economic efficiency and environmental performance of the enterprise to achieve the sustainable development of the diamond industry, and at the same time, from the whole social level, Green supply chain management is also beneficial to its benign development. This paper starts from the present situation of the global diamond industry, takes the green supply chain in the global diamond industry as the research content, and based on the existing research results of supply chain performance evaluation. Combined with the problem of green supply chain in diamond industry and the advantages of supply chain management, this paper attempts to introduce the AHP model into the field of green supply chain management of diamond industry and study the construction of supply chain management system of diamond industry. To provide solutions for the diamond industry management problems. First of all, starting from the concept of supply chain and green supply chain, through the analysis and comparison of the two, the paper points out the advantages of green supply chain in the process of implementation and the enormous benefits to the enterprise and the environment. At the same time combing the green supply chain management and other related theoretical research, for the following research laid a theoretical foundation. Secondly, the paper combines the actual situation of diamond industry with the evaluation of green supply chain, and analyzes the related structure of diamond supply chain. The necessity and feasibility of implementing green supply chain management in diamond industry are pointed out. Through the research on supply chain of several typical diamond companies, the problems existing in the supply chain of diamond industry are analyzed. The importance of evaluation index system of green supply chain is pointed out. Thirdly, on the basis of the previous analysis, the evaluation index system of diamond green supply chain is constructed, and the relevant evaluation model of diamond green supply chain is constructed by using AHP method, and the concrete implementation process is also studied. Finally, taking BADICA Diamond Co., Ltd. As a case study, the green supply chain of diamond industry based on AHP method is evaluated, and the operation process of green supply chain is analyzed. Some optimization and improvement measures are put forward based on the relevant theory.
