基于供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境的制造企業(yè)庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率提升模式研究

【摘要】:進入本世紀以來,加工制造業(yè)的競爭方式已經(jīng)從企業(yè)之間轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈之間。對整個供應(yīng)鏈進行管理難度較大,實施過程中庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率影響著供應(yīng)鏈的工作效率。因此,庫存管理以及庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率的提升成為越來越多學(xué)者關(guān)注和研究的課題。DFS企業(yè)是一家大型的跨國加工制造企業(yè),供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜,存在著庫存逐級放大的情況,供應(yīng)鏈效率不高。特別是對于供應(yīng)商的管理方式及送貨方式影響了DFS企業(yè)庫存的水平。本文對DFS企業(yè)存在的庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率低的情況進行了原因分析,列舉了一些正在改進的措施并且提出了一些解決方案,對于DFS企業(yè)來說具有現(xiàn)實的意義。首先,降低庫存加強庫存管理有利于降低資金占壓,增加流動資金的存量,使企業(yè)財務(wù)狀況良性發(fā)展。其次,節(jié)省倉儲空間,每個企業(yè)的倉儲空間都是有限的,合理高效的利用倉儲空間能給企業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工增加靈活性。最后,庫存低周轉(zhuǎn)快提升企業(yè)活力,有力保障對客戶的服務(wù)。DFS企業(yè)將精藝生產(chǎn)的理念運用到供應(yīng)鏈管理中來,在實際工作中鼓勵大家去改善創(chuàng)新。第四章提出的解決方案就是在DFS領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層的鼓勵下,物流部門自己提出的改善方案,這種改善是自下而上的,對其他企業(yè)有一定的啟示作用。本文主要以DFS企業(yè)為研究對象,運用圖表分析、數(shù)據(jù)分析、抽樣分析等方法發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,企業(yè)運用相關(guān)理論及生產(chǎn)實際提出改進方法并進行實施,取得了實際的效果確實降低了庫存水平。對于庫存的控制需要多種方法綜合運用,除了企業(yè)自身加強管理也要注意供應(yīng)商的管理,還要不斷改善供應(yīng)鏈各個環(huán)節(jié)的庫存水平。
[Abstract]:Since entering this century, the competition mode of processing manufacturing industry has changed from between enterprises to supply chain. It is difficult to manage the whole supply chain, and the inventory turnover rate in the implementation process affects the working efficiency of the supply chain. Inventory management and the improvement of inventory turnover has become a topic that more and more scholars pay attention to and study. DFS is a large multinational processing and manufacturing enterprise, the supply chain is complex, and there exists the situation of inventory amplification step by step. The efficiency of supply chain is not high, especially for the supplier management and delivery mode, which affect the inventory level of DFS enterprises. This paper analyzes the reasons for the low inventory turnover of DFS enterprises. This paper enumerates some improving measures and puts forward some solutions, which is of practical significance to DFS enterprises. Firstly, reducing inventory and strengthening inventory management can reduce the pressure of capital and increase the stock of working capital. Secondly, save storage space, each enterprise's storage space is limited, reasonable and efficient use of storage space can increase the flexibility of production and processing. Low inventory turnover quickly enhance the vitality of enterprises, has the ability to ensure customer service. DFS enterprises will apply the concept of fine arts production to supply chain management, In practice, we are encouraged to improve innovation. The solution proposed in Chapter 4 is a bottom-up solution from the logistics sector, encouraged by the DFS leadership. This article mainly takes DFS enterprise as the research object, uses the chart analysis, the data analysis, the sampling analysis and so on the method discovers the question, the enterprise uses the correlation theory and the production practice to propose the improvement method and carries on the implementation, The control of inventory needs a variety of methods to be used comprehensively. Besides the enterprises should pay attention to the management of suppliers and improve the inventory level of each link of the supply chain continuously in addition to strengthening the management of the enterprise itself.
