【摘要】:新零售被視為零售業(yè)的第四次革命。與先前三次革命不同,由大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算、人工智能武裝的全新革命所引發(fā)的不僅僅只有商品流動渠道與價格的變化,更有生產(chǎn)流程、供求關(guān)系、物流供應(yīng)鏈以及商業(yè)模式的全程再造,其最終帶給消費者的將是前所未有的愉悅體驗。
[Abstract]:New retailing is seen as the fourth revolution in retailing. Unlike the previous three revolutions, the new revolution of big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence armed with artificial intelligence not only caused changes in commodity flow channels and prices, but also produced processes. The relationship between supply and demand, the logistics supply chain and the whole process of business model reengineering will bring consumers an unprecedented pleasure experience.
