減速機(jī)多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:在全球化制造環(huán)境下,減速機(jī)單工廠生產(chǎn)模式正在向多工廠生產(chǎn)模式轉(zhuǎn)變。傳統(tǒng)的單工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度方法已經(jīng)與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)不相適應(yīng)。資料顯示,多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度的研究大多針對(duì)小批量單產(chǎn)品制造,尚缺乏對(duì)減速機(jī)多產(chǎn)品、多分銷商生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度的研究與實(shí)踐。因此,本研究具有理論意義和研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文首先對(duì)多工廠的概念進(jìn)行界定,以TSD減速機(jī)制造企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,從以下幾個(gè)方面展開研究:(1)分析了 TSD減速機(jī)制造企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu),為解決減速機(jī)多工廠生產(chǎn)資源優(yōu)化配置問題,建立產(chǎn)能約束下的多產(chǎn)品、多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型,設(shè)計(jì)了基于LINGO語(yǔ)言的線性規(guī)劃和靈敏度分析模型,為企業(yè)制定合理生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃提供一種多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方法。(2)提出了訂單驅(qū)動(dòng)再調(diào)度策略以及再調(diào)度修補(bǔ)法,考慮到出現(xiàn)頻率最高的緊急訂單情況,研究了多工廠生產(chǎn)再調(diào)度協(xié)作方法,建立了基于多Agent系統(tǒng)的多工廠生產(chǎn)再調(diào)度協(xié)作模型,設(shè)計(jì)了基于合同網(wǎng)的多工廠生產(chǎn)再調(diào)度協(xié)作算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多工廠對(duì)緊急訂單任務(wù)分配的再調(diào)度,尋找最合理的再調(diào)度方案。(3)設(shè)計(jì)了基于多Agent的減速機(jī)多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度原型系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)模型。為減速機(jī)多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度方法的實(shí)施奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文提出的多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方法與多工廠插單再調(diào)度協(xié)作算法,為減速機(jī)多工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與調(diào)度的研究與實(shí)踐奠定了基礎(chǔ),也為全球制造環(huán)境下企業(yè)快速響應(yīng)客戶需求提供了信息共享和協(xié)同調(diào)度解決方案。
[Abstract]:In the global manufacturing environment, the single factory production mode of the reducer is changing to the multi-factory production mode. The traditional single-factory production planning and scheduling methods have not been adapted to the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The research of multi-factory production planning and scheduling is mostly aimed at small batch single-product manufacturing, but it lacks the research and practice of reducer, multi-product and multi-distributor production planning and scheduling. This study has theoretical significance and research value. Firstly, the concept of multi-factory is defined in this paper. Taking TSD reducer manufacturing enterprise as the research object, this paper analyzes the supply chain structure of TSD reducer manufacturing enterprise from the following aspects. In order to solve the problem of optimal allocation of multi-factory production resources for reducers and to establish a multi-product and multi-factory production planning model under capacity constraints, a linear programming and sensitivity analysis model based on LINGO language is designed. This paper presents an order driven rescheduling strategy and a rescheduling method for enterprises to make a reasonable production plan. In this paper, the multi-factory production rescheduling cooperation method is studied, the multi-factory production rescheduling cooperation model based on multi-factory Agent system is established, and the multi-factory production rescheduling cooperation algorithm based on contract net is designed. This paper realizes the rescheduling of emergency order assignment by multi-factory, and finds out the most reasonable rescheduling scheme. (3) A prototype system of multi-factory production planning and scheduling for reducer based on multi-#en0# is designed. The corresponding system architecture and data model are constructed, which lays a foundation for the implementation of multi-factory production planning and scheduling methods for reducers. It lays a foundation for the research and practice of multi-factory production planning and scheduling of reducer, and also provides information sharing and cooperative scheduling solution for enterprises to respond to customer demand quickly in global manufacturing environment.
