【摘要】：隨著大量的外資賣場(chǎng)的涌入,連鎖超市的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更為激烈。L連鎖超市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)張,配送中心作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的支撐,對(duì)整個(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了關(guān)鍵作用。公司原有的物流配送能力已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展,必須對(duì)現(xiàn)有的配送中心運(yùn)作方案、配送流程等進(jìn)行改革,從供應(yīng)鏈的角度對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。因而如何有效的滿足門店的需要,提高物流作業(yè)效率,降低物流成本成為L(zhǎng)連鎖超市目前首要的任務(wù). 本文基于物流配送中心的基本理論和方法,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與物流管理的理論知識(shí),對(duì)L連鎖超市的物流運(yùn)作優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行研究。首先分析L連鎖超市配送中心內(nèi)部運(yùn)作流程、外部配送調(diào)度等方面的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,然后提出了L連鎖超市配送中心點(diǎn)的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)化方案,包括：配送中心流程優(yōu)化、庫(kù)存控制優(yōu)化和揀貨路徑優(yōu)化方案該方案使企業(yè)能以最低的成本,最小的庫(kù)存、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地滿足門店的需求,從而提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。利用ABC分類法對(duì)庫(kù)存商品進(jìn)行分類庫(kù)存管理,制定合理的庫(kù)存結(jié)構(gòu)；對(duì)需求量和提前期變化時(shí)的庫(kù)存量進(jìn)行計(jì)算,制定合理的商品庫(kù)存量；對(duì)于滯銷商品采取保本保利分析,盡可能減少滯銷商品帶來(lái)的損失。 最后應(yīng)用車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化理論,對(duì)L連鎖超市配送中心的配送路車量調(diào)度方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),建立了配送車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,為公司的調(diào)度提供了理論支持。
[Abstract]:With the influx of a large number of foreign stores, the market competition of chain supermarkets is more intense. The expansion of the scale of chain supermarkets, distribution center as the support of enterprise management, It has played a key role in the development of the whole enterprise. The original logistics and distribution ability of the company can no longer meet the development of the enterprise. It is necessary to reform the existing distribution center operation plan, distribution process and so on. From the point of view of supply chain, how to effectively meet the needs of stores, improve the efficiency of logistics operations and reduce logistics costs has become the most important task of L chain supermarkets. Based on the basic theory and method of logistics distribution center, this paper combines modern information technology and theory knowledge of logistics management. This paper studies the optimization of logistics operation of L chain supermarket. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the internal operation process and external distribution scheduling of L chain supermarket distribution center. Then the internal optimization scheme of distribution center point of L chain supermarket is put forward, which includes: distribution center flow optimization, inventory control optimization and picking path optimization. This scheme enables enterprises to achieve the lowest cost and minimum inventory. In order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, the ABC classification method is used to classify the inventory management, to establish a reasonable inventory structure, to calculate the stock when the demand and lead time change, to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Make a reasonable inventory of goods; for unsalable goods to take a cost-saving analysis, as far as possible to reduce the loss of unsalable goods. Finally, by applying the theory of vehicle scheduling optimization, the paper designs the scheduling scheme of distribution road traffic in L chain supermarket distribution center, and establishes the optimal model of distribution vehicle scheduling, which provides theoretical support for the scheduling of the company.
