【摘要】：在供應鏈中，配送中心連接著供應商和客戶，在兩者之間起著重要的橋梁作用，配送中心的位置在供應鏈物流網絡中發(fā)揮著重要作用,對物流網絡的效率提高也有重要經濟影響。 供應商管理庫存（VMI）是提高供應鏈效率、降低庫存成本的重要方式。文章介紹了國內外配送中心選址的研究動態(tài)，分析了目前研究結合庫管理決策的選址問題，對配送中心選址的影響因素、綜合決策設施選址、產品配送和多產品的庫存控制策略進行了研究，從而建立了基于VMI的多產品需求環(huán)境下的選址-庫存聯(lián)合決策模型。模型以選址成本、運輸成本和庫存成本綜合最小為目標，同時在一定服務水平上決定配送中心的位置、數(shù)量、服務范圍及其庫存控制參數(shù)。該模型屬于混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃問題，文中給出了求解該問題的遺傳算法求解過程，在VS2008平臺上編程并進行仿真求解，通過數(shù)值算例測算，，結果表明該算法可以有效地求解該問題；最后在不同服務水平條件下對模型求解，結果表明服務水平對模型選址結果也有一定的影響。
[Abstract]:In the supply chain, the distribution center connects the supplier and the customer, and plays an important role in the bridge between the two. The location of the distribution center plays an important role in the supply chain logistics network. The efficiency of the logistics network also has an important economic impact. VMI (VMI) is an important way to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce inventory cost. This paper introduces the research trends of distribution center location at home and abroad. The influencing factors of distribution center location, the comprehensive decision facility location, the product distribution and the inventory control strategy of multi-product are studied. Thus, a joint site-inventory decision model based on VMI is established. The model aims at minimum location cost, transportation cost and inventory cost, and at the same time determines the location of distribution center at a certain service level. The model belongs to the mixed integer programming problem. The genetic algorithm for solving the problem is given in this paper. The process of solving the problem is programmed and simulated on the VS2008 platform. The results show that the algorithm can solve the problem effectively, and finally the model is solved under different service levels. The results show that the service level also has a certain effect on the model location.
