【摘要】：伴隨著全球科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)廣泛被應(yīng)用在企業(yè)管理之中,國內(nèi)外的中小型企業(yè)已經(jīng)將目光從傳統(tǒng)的管理模式轉(zhuǎn)向信息化的技術(shù)管理模式。為了面對多樣化的市場需求,企業(yè)對信息化技術(shù)水平的要求越來越高,ERP是現(xiàn)今社會一種新的管理方式,是技術(shù)先進(jìn)、并且行之有效的管理思想與方法。目前,已經(jīng)有越來越多的企業(yè)選擇了ERP這項(xiàng)技術(shù)并以此來提升企業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力。企業(yè)希望通過BPR管理方法進(jìn)行企業(yè)流程再造,再運(yùn)用ERP管理思想進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè),結(jié)合用友U8V11.1將企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)與業(yè)務(wù)流程導(dǎo)入到供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)之中,幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化,以便真實(shí)的反應(yīng)出該公司的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù),無需業(yè)務(wù)人員與財(cái)務(wù)人員,每天出具表單在下班之后進(jìn)行對賬,減輕了公司員工的工作量。還能實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享,單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以通過各部門不同的報(bào)表,直接在一臺電腦前,掌握該公司的全部動向,無需挨部門進(jìn)行實(shí)際考察,就可以準(zhǔn)確了解公司在一段時間內(nèi)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù),幫助實(shí)現(xiàn)無紙化辦公,提升工作效率。以此來增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的綜合競爭力。 (一)本文以LS集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有情況為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)出企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)流程,以及需要改進(jìn)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)流程。根據(jù)LS集團(tuán)實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合軟件自身的特點(diǎn),以及商貿(mào)流通行業(yè)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)情況,制定出解決方案。 (二)運(yùn)用用友U8軟件中經(jīng)銷存以及財(cái)務(wù)模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)模擬,將ERP軟件真正導(dǎo)入該企業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)作。對該企業(yè)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的ERP功能效果進(jìn)行分析與評價,找而使用友U8產(chǎn)品真正融入到該企業(yè)之中。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global science and technology, information technology has been widely used in enterprise management. Small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad have shifted their attention from the traditional management mode to the information technology management mode. In order to face the diversified market demand, ERP is a new management method in the society nowadays, it is an advanced and effective management thought and method. More and more enterprises have chosen the technology of ERP to enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises. Enterprises hope to reengineer their business processes through BPR management methods, and then use ERP management ideas to carry out information construction. Combined with friend U8V11.1, the enterprise finance and business process is introduced into the supply chain management system to help the enterprise to realize the integration of financial services, so as to truly reflect the actual business of the company, without the need for business personnel and financial personnel. A form is issued every day to reconcile accounts after work, which reduces the workload of the company's employees. It also enables the sharing of resources. The leaders of the unit can master all the company's trends directly in front of a computer through different reports from various departments. The actual business of the company in a certain period of time can be accurately understood without any actual inspection by the department, which can help to realize paperless office work and enhance the working efficiency, thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise. (1) based on the current situation of LS Group, this paper summarizes the existing business processes of enterprises and the actual business processes that need to be improved. According to the actual situation of LS Group, combined with the characteristics of the software itself, As well as the actual business situation of the business circulation industry, to develop a solution. (2) using the distribution storage and finance module in U8 software to simulate the actual business, and introducing the ERP software into the enterprise to realize the operation. The effect of the ERP function realized by the enterprise is analyzed and evaluated. Find and use the U8 product really into the enterprise.
