【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的物流業(yè)已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)前快速發(fā)展的企業(yè)需求，而現(xiàn)代企業(yè)已把物流當(dāng)作企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要力量和手段。因此，把現(xiàn)代物流理念、先進(jìn)的物流技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代物流模式引入到企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理之中已勢(shì)在必行。在這樣的趨勢(shì)下，各煙草行業(yè)對(duì)現(xiàn)代化物流建設(shè)進(jìn)行了大量的探索，積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并取得了一定的成果。各個(gè)卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)想要在原有的物流系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，引入現(xiàn)代化物流管理思想和現(xiàn)代物流信息技術(shù)，建設(shè)一個(gè)對(duì)物流的整體業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行綜合管理和有效控制的管理平臺(tái)，來提高現(xiàn)代化物流建設(shè)的步伐和行業(yè)的綜合管理水平。正是在這樣的背景下，物流綜合管理平臺(tái)的建設(shè)刻不容緩。 本文基于煙草物流行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及物流的相關(guān)理論，通過運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈管理思想，研究了物流綜合管理平臺(tái)的建設(shè)思路及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，提出了“全面感知、全面覆蓋、全程控制、全面提升”的現(xiàn)代化物流管理模式思想，通過物流綜合管理平臺(tái)的建設(shè)，，對(duì)物流業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行梳理、改進(jìn)和整合，切實(shí)提高物流管理水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)物流業(yè)務(wù)的全面管控與水平提升。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括如下幾點(diǎn)： （1）分析了工業(yè)物流管理的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，針對(duì)原有物流系統(tǒng)的體系分散，結(jié)構(gòu)不統(tǒng)一，信息化管理不完善等特點(diǎn)，提出了建設(shè)物流綜合管理平臺(tái)的架構(gòu)思想。運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論分析了平臺(tái)建設(shè)的必要性，并從技術(shù)層面研究了平臺(tái)的架構(gòu)思路及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。結(jié)合川渝物流管理的實(shí)際情況對(duì)物流管理平臺(tái)的總體架構(gòu)和核心業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了研究與分析。 （2）煙草物流的智能調(diào)度模型及算法的研究。首先對(duì)川渝物流調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單描述，建立了卷煙車輛路徑優(yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)模型，并提出了調(diào)度優(yōu)化的解決方案。然后通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)蟻群算法模型的分析與研究，針對(duì)其在模型中存在的不足之處進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化，并運(yùn)用實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)改進(jìn)后的算法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。 （3）根據(jù)卷煙同省物流配送的新需求，在原有物流業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上添加了同省物流配送流程，創(chuàng)造性的提出了同省物流的實(shí)時(shí)投放模型，該模型的提出，解決了同省物流按需配送的問題，避免庫(kù)存缺貨的發(fā)生。通過對(duì)參數(shù)的合理設(shè)定與投放總量、實(shí)時(shí)投放量算法的研究，運(yùn)用到全省的不同地市車輛配送問題中，既簡(jiǎn)化了業(yè)務(wù)流程，又提高了客戶滿意度。 （4）結(jié)合煙草物流管理及配送的具體業(yè)務(wù)需求，對(duì)物流綜合管理平臺(tái)的整體功能和模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，并提出了一些新的業(yè)務(wù)概念與業(yè)務(wù)模型，提高了物流的綜合管理能力，降低了物流成本。 本論文的物流綜合管理平臺(tái)已經(jīng)在川渝中煙工業(yè)公司得到了有效的驗(yàn)證，通過平臺(tái)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行，大大提高了整個(gè)物流業(yè)務(wù)的管理及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策控制能力，進(jìn)一步改善了物流配送效率，節(jié)約了成本，提高了行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy, the traditional logistics industry can no longer meet the current rapid development of enterprise demand, and modern enterprises have taken logistics as an important force and means of competition among enterprises. It is imperative for advanced logistics technology and modern logistics mode to be introduced into the management and management of enterprises. Under such a trend, various tobacco industries have made a great deal of exploration on the construction of modern logistics and accumulated rich experience. Each cigarette industry enterprise wants to introduce modern logistics management thought and modern logistics information technology on the basis of the original logistics system. To build a management platform for the integrated management and effective control of the overall business of logistics, to improve the pace of modern logistics construction and the level of integrated management of the industry. The construction of logistics integrated management platform is urgent. Based on the current situation of tobacco logistics industry and the related theory of logistics, this paper studies the construction ideas and key technologies of logistics integrated management platform by using the thought of supply chain management, and puts forward "overall perception, comprehensive coverage, whole process control," Through the construction of integrated logistics management platform, the logistics business is combed, improved and integrated to improve the level of logistics management. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) analyzing the current situation of industrial logistics management, aiming at the characteristics of the original logistics system, such as dispersion of system, disunity of structure, imperfection of information management, etc. This paper puts forward the framework thought of constructing the integrated management platform of logistics, and analyzes the necessity of the construction of the platform by using the relevant theory. Based on the practical situation of logistics management in Sichuan and Chongqing, the overall structure and core business process of logistics management platform are studied and analyzed. 2) the research of intelligent scheduling model and algorithm of tobacco logistics. Firstly, a simple description of Sichuan and Chongqing logistics scheduling problem is given, and a mathematical model of cigarette vehicle routing optimization is established. Then, through the analysis and research of the traditional ant colony algorithm model, the paper improves and optimizes its shortcomings in the model. The improved algorithm is compared and analyzed with actual data. According to the new demand of cigarette logistics distribution in same province, the flow of logistics distribution in same province is added on the basis of the original logistics business, and the real time delivery model of the same province logistics is creatively put forward, and the model is put forward. The problem of on-demand distribution of logistics in the same province is solved, and the occurrence of stock shortage is avoided. Through the research of reasonable setting and total quantity of parameters and the algorithm of real-time delivery, it is applied to the problem of vehicle distribution in different cities of the province. Not only simplify the business process, but also improve customer satisfaction. Combined with the specific business requirements of tobacco logistics management and distribution, the overall function and module of the integrated logistics management platform are designed and implemented, and some new business concepts and business models are put forward to improve the comprehensive management ability of logistics. Reduced logistics costs. The integrated logistics management platform of this paper has been effectively verified in Sichuan and Chongqing Tobacco Industry Company. Through the actual operation of the platform, the management of the whole logistics business and the decision-making control ability of the leadership have been greatly improved. Further improve the efficiency of logistics distribution, cost savings, improve the competitiveness of the industry.
