【摘要】：對于中國的傳統(tǒng)制造型企業(yè)而言,越來越激烈的市場競爭讓我們意識到,通過供應(yīng)鏈管理可以有效的降低采購成本,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更大的利潤。本文從供應(yīng)商選擇和持續(xù)改進(jìn)的角度論述了降低采購成本對于企業(yè)的重要作用。 本文以供應(yīng)商選擇和持續(xù)改進(jìn)(PDCA)方面的理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合K公司的實際運營狀況,從K公司對供應(yīng)商選擇決策前的評估為起點,論述了基于K公司供應(yīng)商評估結(jié)果而制定的持續(xù)改進(jìn)目標(biāo)和方案,并從而執(zhí)行和監(jiān)督相對應(yīng)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施,同時對改進(jìn)后的效果進(jìn)行驗證,以及今后的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理。通過一系列的供應(yīng)商持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作,使K公司的采購成本得以顯著降低,降低K公司的生產(chǎn)成本和銷售價格,提高K公司的市場競爭力,推動產(chǎn)品銷售。 本文以K公司在供應(yīng)商選擇和持續(xù)改進(jìn)方面的操作實例和取得的成果為依據(jù),探討和論述了供應(yīng)商選擇和持續(xù)改進(jìn)對于降低采購成本,提高企業(yè)市場競爭力的重要作用。這對我國的傳統(tǒng)制造型企業(yè)有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:For traditional manufacturing enterprises in China, the increasingly fierce market competition has made us realize that supply chain management can effectively reduce procurement costs. From the point of view of supplier selection and continuous improvement, this paper discusses the important role of reducing purchasing cost for enterprises. Based on the theory of supplier selection and continuous improvement (PDCA), combined with the actual operating situation of K Company, this paper starts with the evaluation of supplier selection decision made by K Company. This paper discusses the continuous improvement goals and programs based on the evaluation results of the suppliers of K Company, and then implements and supervises the corresponding continuous improvement measures. At the same time, the improved results are verified. And standardization management in the future. Through a series of continuous improvement work of suppliers, the purchasing cost of K Company can be significantly reduced, the production cost and sales price of K Company will be reduced, and the market competitiveness of K Company will be improved. Promote product sales. Based on the operating examples and achievements of K Company in supplier selection and continuous improvement, this paper discusses the effect of supplier selection and continuous improvement on reducing purchasing cost. Improving the market competitiveness of enterprises plays an important role in guiding and referencing the traditional manufacturing enterprises in our country.
