【摘要】：本文對A農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園配套拓展項目（以下簡稱“項目”）進(jìn)行策劃，提出相應(yīng)的商業(yè)計劃書。項目以規(guī)劃建設(shè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工配送功能區(qū)為主，同時為A農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園（以下簡稱“A物流園”）的經(jīng)營者、工人以及來往商客提供商務(wù)辦公、住宿及餐飲配套。項目建設(shè)可填補(bǔ)A物流園的配套功能缺失，，為公司帶來可觀收益。本項目研究可為中大型城市建設(shè)功能完善的一級農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場相應(yīng)項目策劃提供一定的借鑒作用。 本文從項目概況、項目建設(shè)必要性分析、市場分析、財務(wù)分析、社會效益分析等方面論證在A物流園周邊開發(fā)以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工配送為主要功能的配套拓展項目的必要性及可行性，使項目的確立更具可操作性，為公司高層決策提供依據(jù)。 本商業(yè)計劃書最終的結(jié)論是：經(jīng)測算，項目內(nèi)部收益率為9.18%，具有較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性。A農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園配套拓展項目可完善A物流園功能結(jié)構(gòu)，為公司帶來可觀經(jīng)濟(jì)收益，具備開發(fā)建設(shè)的必要性及可行性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we plan the supporting extension project of A agricultural product logistics park (hereinafter referred to as "project") and put forward the corresponding business plan. The main project is to plan and construct the functional area of agricultural products processing and distribution. At the same time, it provides business office, accommodation and catering facilities for the operators, workers and business customers of A Agricultural products Logistics Park (hereinafter referred to as "A Logistics Park"). The project construction can fill the lack of supporting functions of A Logistics Park. The research of this project can provide some reference for the corresponding project planning of the primary agricultural products wholesale market with perfect function in the construction of medium and large cities. This article from the project general situation, the project construction necessity analysis, the market analysis, the financial analysis, The analysis of social benefits demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of developing a supporting expansion project with the main function of processing and distribution of agricultural products around the A Logistics Park, which makes the establishment of the project more operable and provides the basis for the company's high-level decision-making. The final conclusion of this business plan is that the internal rate of return of the project is 9.18, which has good economic feasibility. The supporting development project of A agricultural product logistics park can perfect the functional structure of A logistics park and bring considerable economic benefits to the company. With the necessity and feasibility of development and construction.
