EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性影響因素研究

【摘要】:伴隨著建筑業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目管理模式已逐漸表現(xiàn)出其局限性。供應(yīng)鏈管理理論作為當(dāng)前最先進(jìn)的企業(yè)運(yùn)作管理理論之一,不僅給制造業(yè)企業(yè)巨大的變革帶來(lái)了機(jī)會(huì),同時(shí)也給建筑行業(yè)啟迪,將供應(yīng)鏈管理引入到建筑業(yè)已大勢(shì)所趨。但是將供應(yīng)鏈管理論運(yùn)用到建筑行業(yè)中時(shí)間并不是很長(zhǎng),其存在一些問(wèn)題,其中,建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系不穩(wěn)定是亟待解決的問(wèn)題。穩(wěn)定的供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系不僅能夠保持供應(yīng)鏈高效運(yùn)行,而且能夠有效地防范供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn),同時(shí)能夠促使供應(yīng)鏈上的企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)“雙贏”的目的,,此作用不僅對(duì)于一般的建筑企業(yè)有著重要的意義,對(duì)于采用EPC模式的建筑企業(yè)也具有同樣重要的意義。 基于上述分析,如何保持EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性,研究EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性影響因素更是重中之重。本文嘗試?yán)迷碚撟R(shí)別出影響EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性的影響因素,建立影響因素的概念模型,并對(duì)影響因素模型進(jìn)行分析闡述,進(jìn)一步利用微粒群算法分析出各個(gè)影響因素的重要程度,以便適度采取措施促進(jìn)EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系的穩(wěn)定性。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要有: 首先,對(duì)目前建筑供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系、供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性等的文獻(xiàn)資料和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述和評(píng)析,并對(duì)涉及到的理論:交易成本理論、信息不對(duì)稱理論、公平理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述;分別對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理理論和建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的形成與發(fā)展、定義、結(jié)構(gòu)、類型、特征進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述。 其次,對(duì)EPC模式進(jìn)行了介紹,并對(duì)EPC模式下建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)施可行性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析;結(jié)合EPC模式的特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理定義,給出了EPC模式下建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理的定義和特點(diǎn);結(jié)合著供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系的概念和穩(wěn)定性的涵義,界定EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性的定義和特征;并對(duì)EPC模式下建筑供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定合作關(guān)系建立過(guò)程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)介紹。 再次,對(duì)EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性影響因素的研究方法進(jìn)行選擇;對(duì)扎根理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的介紹和闡述;通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)搜集及整理、開(kāi)放性譯碼分析、主軸式譯碼分析、選擇譯碼分析、信度檢驗(yàn)、數(shù)據(jù)飽和度檢驗(yàn),最終識(shí)別出各個(gè)影響因素,建立EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性影響因素的概念模型,并對(duì)識(shí)別出的影響因素進(jìn)行理論分析。 最后,通過(guò)微粒群算法分析EPC模式下建筑企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性各個(gè)影響因素的重要程度。對(duì)微粒群算法的基本原理、參數(shù)、基本流程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)介紹;針對(duì)各個(gè)影響因素設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、搜集數(shù)據(jù)、信度檢驗(yàn)以及利用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,并分析出各個(gè)影響因素的重要程度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction industry, the traditional project management model has gradually shown its limitations. As one of the most advanced enterprise operation management theory, supply chain management theory has not only brought opportunities for the manufacturing enterprises to make great changes. It also enlightens the construction industry and introduces the supply chain management into the construction industry. However, the application of the supply chain management theory to the construction industry is not very long, among which there are some problems. Instability of supply chain cooperation in construction enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. A stable supply chain cooperative relationship can not only maintain efficient operation of supply chain, but also effectively guard against supply chain risk. At the same time, it can promote the enterprises in the supply chain to achieve the goal of "win-win", which is of great significance not only for the general construction enterprises, but also for the construction enterprises adopting the EPC model. Based on the above analysis, how to maintain the stability of supply chain cooperation relationship of construction enterprises under EPC mode, It is very important to study the factors that influence the stability of supply chain cooperation relationship of construction enterprises under EPC mode. This paper tries to identify the factors that affect the stability of supply chain cooperation relationship of construction enterprises under EPC mode by using the theory of root taking root. The conceptual model of influencing factors is established, and the model of influencing factors is analyzed and expounded, and the importance of each influencing factor is analyzed by using particle swarm optimization (PSO). In order to take appropriate measures to promote the stability of supply chain cooperation relationship of construction enterprises under EPC mode. First of all, it summarizes and evaluates the literature and development status of the construction supply chain cooperation relationship, supply chain stability and so on, and analyzes the related theories: transaction cost theory, information asymmetry theory, etc. The formation and development, definition, structure, types and characteristics of supply chain management theory and architecture supply chain management theory are expounded in detail. Secondly, the EPC model is introduced, and the feasibility of building supply chain management under EPC mode is analyzed systematically, and the definition of construction supply chain management is given in combination with the characteristics of EPC mode and the definition of construction supply chain management. The definition and characteristics of construction supply chain management under EPC mode are given, and the definition and characteristics of supply chain cooperative relationship stability in construction enterprises under EPC mode are defined in combination with the concept of supply chain cooperative relationship and the meaning of supply chain stability. The establishment process of stable cooperative relationship of building supply chain under EPC mode is introduced systematically. Thirdly, select the research methods of the factors influencing the stability of supply chain cooperation relationship in EPC mode; introduce and expound the rooted theory systematically; through data collection and collation, open decoding analysis, Spindle decoding analysis, selective decoding analysis, reliability test, data saturation test, finally identify the factors that affect the stability of supply chain cooperation in EPC mode, and establish a conceptual model of the factors that affect the stability of supply chain cooperation in construction enterprises. And the identified factors are analyzed theoretically. Finally, the importance of the factors influencing the stability of supply chain cooperation relationship in EPC mode is analyzed by PSO. The basic principle, parameters and basic flow of PSO are introduced systematically. This paper designs a questionnaire for each influencing factor, collects the data, tests the reliability and processes the data by using MATLAB software, and analyzes the importance of each influencing factor.
