基于延遲付款契約的時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈訂貨決策研究

【摘要】:延遲付款契約已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈中的運(yùn)營(yíng)中,特別是在中小型服裝企業(yè)中,供應(yīng)商和零售商延遲付款的情形經(jīng)常存在,中小型服裝企業(yè)由于其本身的資本規(guī)模較小等原因,常常會(huì)發(fā)生資金不足的問(wèn)題。同時(shí),時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品由于其時(shí)尚性強(qiáng),生命周期較短的特點(diǎn),使得企業(yè)易面臨嚴(yán)重的庫(kù)存問(wèn)題,大量庫(kù)存的積壓會(huì)占用企業(yè)的資金等資源,通過(guò)供應(yīng)商提供延遲付款契約,能夠從一定程度解決企業(yè)資金緊缺問(wèn)題,并吸引更多的下游零售企業(yè)及時(shí)銷(xiāo)售時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品,擴(kuò)大時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品在銷(xiāo)售階段的市場(chǎng)占有率,加快時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售速度,從而改善時(shí)尚企業(yè)的庫(kù)存情況,因此,運(yùn)用延遲付款契約解決時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈中的庫(kù)存問(wèn)題,具有實(shí)際意義。然而,現(xiàn)有時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品企業(yè)間的商業(yè)信用行為主要依靠管理者的主觀決策,特別是對(duì)于零售商來(lái)說(shuō),面對(duì)供應(yīng)商給出的采購(gòu)價(jià)格、最低訂購(gòu)量以及延遲付款期限等條件,如何確定最優(yōu)的訂購(gòu)量和訂貨周期時(shí)間,來(lái)使得自身的利潤(rùn)最大化,還缺乏數(shù)學(xué)模型的理性支持,這導(dǎo)致了延遲付款契約對(duì)于時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的提升作用還不能充分發(fā)揮出來(lái)。本文的研究源于時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的實(shí)際,將考慮供應(yīng)商向零售商提供部分可延遲付款的優(yōu)惠,即當(dāng)零售商的訂購(gòu)量低于供應(yīng)商設(shè)置的最小訂購(gòu)量的時(shí)候,在支付一部分貨款后也能獲得延遲付款期限,由此建立關(guān)于零售商總利潤(rùn)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,從而推導(dǎo)出不同情形下零售商的最優(yōu)訂貨決策,并分析相關(guān)參數(shù)對(duì)訂貨決策的影響。本文的研究可以為時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品企業(yè)或零售商在面臨延遲付款契約條件下的訂貨決策提供理論依據(jù),同時(shí)也對(duì)提升時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Deferred payment contracts have been widely used in the operation of the supply chain of fashion products, especially in small and medium-sized garment enterprises. Because of its small capital scale, small and medium-sized garment enterprises often have the problem of insufficient capital. At the same time, because of their strong fashion and short life cycle, the enterprises are prone to serious inventory problems. The overstocking of a large amount of inventory will occupy resources such as enterprises' funds. By providing delayed payment contracts from suppliers, the shortage of enterprise funds can be solved to a certain extent, and more downstream retail enterprises will be attracted to sell fashion products in a timely manner. Expanding the market share of fashion products in the sales stage, speeding up the sales speed of fashion products, thus improving the inventory situation of fashion enterprises, therefore, using the delay payment contract to solve the inventory problems in the fashion products supply chain, However, the commercial credit behavior among the current fashion enterprises mainly depends on the subjective decision of the managers, especially for the retailers, in the face of the purchase price given by the suppliers. Under the conditions of minimum order quantity and delay payment period, how to determine the optimal order quantity and order cycle time to maximize their own profit, there is a lack of rational support of mathematical model. As a result, the effect of delayed payment contract on the supply chain of fashion products has not been brought into full play. The research in this paper is based on the reality of the supply chain of fashion products. That is, when the order amount of the retailer is lower than the minimum order amount set by the supplier, the delay payment period can be obtained after paying part of the purchase price, and then the mathematical model of the retailer's total profit is established. Thus, the optimal ordering decision of retailers under different circumstances is deduced. The influence of relevant parameters on ordering decision is analyzed. The research in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the order decision of fashion product enterprises or retailers under the condition of delay payment contract. At the same time also to enhance the competitiveness of fashion products supply chain has a certain significance.
