【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈融資的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用一直備受關(guān)注,不僅緣起商業(yè)銀行自身的發(fā)展要求,更和貿(mào)易市場需求密不可分。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)全球化發(fā)展的趨勢,中國從全球制造基地的角色,逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化為商品生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易大國,在全球產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中的地位日益突顯。外貿(mào)出口行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的整合戰(zhàn)略也給商業(yè)銀行融資帶來了巨大的市場容量和潛力。在此條件下,商業(yè)銀行拓展供應(yīng)鏈融資的應(yīng)用行業(yè),并準(zhǔn)確靈活配置融資方案,值得我們思考。受到現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的啟發(fā),作者希望通過對本國商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展因素的剖析,同時依據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈及其融資產(chǎn)品的特性,結(jié)合照明出口行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),來探討商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)在該行業(yè)的應(yīng)用。這對拓展我國商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展,和提高融資業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作效率有理論價值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 全文共分六大段落,第一部分概述寫作的背景和意義,對現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述和評論,說明本文的研究內(nèi)容和方法。第二部分供應(yīng)鏈融資理論的簡述。介紹相關(guān)定義、學(xué)說支持以及供應(yīng)鏈融資主要業(yè)務(wù)模式的理論分析。第三部分從理論闡述過渡到對商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)的解析。首先是商業(yè)銀行開展供應(yīng)鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)部誘因和外部驅(qū)動力分析；在此基礎(chǔ)上,再對供應(yīng)鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及融資需求缺口分析,從而為下一步研究供應(yīng)鏈融資在出口行業(yè)的應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。第四部分承接上部分分析,展開對商行供應(yīng)鏈融資在出口行業(yè)的應(yīng)用探討。從商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈融資成本與產(chǎn)品全覆蓋等優(yōu)勢角度,以及出口行業(yè)穩(wěn)步有力的增長、出口供應(yīng)鏈的獨(dú)特性等方面,來闡述商業(yè)銀行在出口行業(yè)開展供應(yīng)鏈融資可行性。同時本部分也分析了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用方式和應(yīng)用價值,為后段照明出口行業(yè)的應(yīng)用分析做好鋪墊。第五部分是我國商行在照明出口行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈融資實(shí)例分析和應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)。本部分先對照明行業(yè)及產(chǎn)品、出口市場、企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈等進(jìn)行分析。再拆解價值鏈上的物流、資金流和信息流,識別出企業(yè)核心融資需求,設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)確靈活的供應(yīng)鏈融資方案。希望通過選擇特定行業(yè)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈融資的辨析,使本國商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品在行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用更為全面。第六部分研究結(jié)論與展望。綜述商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈融資在照明出口行業(yè)的應(yīng)用,總結(jié)并提出相應(yīng)的策略建議與未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:The development and application of supply chain financing of commercial banks have been paid close attention to, not only because of the development requirements of commercial banks themselves, but also closely related to the demand of the trade market. From its role as a global manufacturing base, China has gradually transformed itself into a major commodity producer and trader. The position in the global industrial supply chain is increasingly prominent. The integration strategy of the supply chain in the foreign trade export industry also brings huge market capacity and potential to the commercial bank financing. Under this condition, the commercial bank expands the application industry of the supply chain financing. The author hopes to analyze the development factors of domestic commercial banks' supply chain financing business, and at the same time, according to the characteristics of supply chain and its financing products, Combined with the characteristics of lighting export industry, this paper discusses the application of supply chain financing business of commercial banks in this industry, which has theoretical value and practical significance for expanding the development of commercial banks in China and improving the operational efficiency of financing business. The first part summarizes the background and significance of the writing, reviews the existing domestic and foreign literature, and explains the research contents and methods of this paper. The second part is a brief description of supply chain financing theory. Theoretical support and theoretical analysis of the main business models of supply chain financing. The third part is the transition from theoretical elaboration to the analysis of the supply chain financing business of commercial banks. The first is the interior of the supply chain financing business carried out by commercial banks. Analysis of inducement and external driving force; On this basis, the current situation of supply chain financing business and the gap of financing demand are analyzed, so as to lay a foundation for further research on the application of supply chain financing in export industry. The application of supply chain financing of commercial banks in export industry is discussed. From the perspective of commercial banks' supply chain financing cost and product coverage, and the steady and powerful growth of export industry, the uniqueness of export supply chain, etc. To explain the feasibility of commercial banks developing supply chain financing in export industry. At the same time, this part also analyzes the corresponding application methods and application value. The 5th part is the analysis and application design of the supply chain financing in the lighting export industry. This part first introduces the lighting industry and products, the export market, The enterprise supply chain is analyzed, and the logistics, capital flow and information flow in the value chain are broken down, and the core financing needs of the enterprise are identified. To design an accurate and flexible supply chain financing scheme. The application of domestic commercial bank supply chain financing products in the industry is more comprehensive. 6th part of the conclusions and prospects. Review of commercial bank supply chain financing in the lighting export industry application, Summarize and put forward the corresponding strategy suggestion and future research direction.
