【摘要】：給出了乳制品供應(yīng)鏈核心企業(yè)全面質(zhì)量控制行為的概念與內(nèi)涵,重點從事前、事中和事后三個方面闡述了核心企業(yè)全面質(zhì)量控制行為的內(nèi)容與表現(xiàn)。針對目前核心企業(yè)實施全面質(zhì)量控制行為的障礙,從強化意識、加強合作、構(gòu)建平臺、加強基地建設(shè)、營造環(huán)境等方面提出了改善核心企業(yè)全面質(zhì)量控制行為的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The concept and connotation of total quality control behavior in dairy supply chain core enterprises are given. This paper expounds the content and performance of the total quality control behavior of the core enterprises from three aspects, namely, the content and performance of the total quality control behavior of the core enterprises. The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the total quality control behavior of core enterprises are put forward.
