時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈配送中心選址研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來,隨著中國市場經(jīng)濟的騰飛與人均可支配收入的提高,廣大消費者對生活品質(zhì)和綠色健康食品的熱衷程度也隨之提高。人們對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求不再只單純地追求“溫飽”有無的問題,而是向要求健康化的基礎(chǔ)上呈現(xiàn)多樣化和差異化方向發(fā)展。然而,在國內(nèi)消費市場對果蔬類、冷鮮肉類等時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求進一步提高的同時,與之相配套的冷鏈配送物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀卻不容樂觀,時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)理論研究與社會實踐需要出現(xiàn)了步調(diào)不一致的現(xiàn)象,本文的選題正是在此情況下選定的。 本文首先回顧和總結(jié)了論文所涉及的時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、冷藏供應(yīng)鏈、物流設(shè)施及選址問題的研究成果,并在充分肯定相關(guān)學(xué)者的努力和研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,,指出針對時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈選址規(guī)劃問題仍需要進一步深入探討的地方。 接下來,論文對所涉及的三大核心概念及理論進行了逐一論述,即時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、冷藏供應(yīng)鏈、配送中心。論文先構(gòu)建了一般非時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心選址模型,這樣做的目的是為使得論文研究內(nèi)容具有可比性和為使主體更加突出。以此作為鋪墊,結(jié)合時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品自然特性及其對配送流通過程中的特殊要求,引入與時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通過程密切相關(guān)的腐壞貨損、冷藏車制冷能耗及顧客滿意度(對運輸配送時間的要求)等相關(guān)概念。在對三級兩階段冷鏈綜合成本進行分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,探索更符合時效性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通特性的混合整數(shù)非線性選址模型。 在論文最后一部分,以北京市新發(fā)地有限公司葡萄配送作為模型的實際算例,使用LINGO對論文構(gòu)建的選址模型進行求解分析,驗證了本文兼顧完整冷鏈和時效特性的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品選址規(guī)劃具有冷鏈綜合成本低的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the rapid development of China's market economy and the increase of per capita disposable income, Consumers' interest in quality of life and green and healthy food has also increased, and people's demand for agricultural products is no longer simply a question of whether or not to have enough to eat and clothe. However, while the demand for fruits and vegetables, cold meat and other time-efficient agricultural products in the domestic consumer market has further increased, The current situation of cold chain distribution logistics is not optimistic, and the theory of timely agricultural products and social practice needs to appear the phenomenon of inconsistent pace, this topic is chosen in this case. Firstly, this paper reviews and summarizes the research results of time-efficient agricultural products, refrigerated supply chain, logistics facilities and location, and on the basis of fully affirming the efforts and research results of relevant scholars. The paper points out that the problem of cold chain location planning for agricultural products needs to be further discussed. Then, the paper discusses the three core concepts and theories one by one, that is, time-efficient agricultural products, refrigerated supply chain, distribution center. The purpose of this is to make the research content comparable and to make the main body more prominent. It is used as a cushion to combine the natural characteristics of timely agricultural products and their special requirements in the process of distribution and circulation. Based on the analysis of the comprehensive cost of the three-stage two-stage cold chain, the related concepts such as degenerate goods loss, refrigeration energy consumption and customer satisfaction (the requirement of transportation delivery time), which are closely related to the circulation process of time-efficient agricultural products, are introduced. To explore a mixed integer nonlinear location model which is more consistent with the circulation characteristics of agricultural products. In the last part of the paper, taking the grape distribution of Beijing Xinfadi Co., Ltd as a practical example, using LINGO to solve the location model of the paper. It is proved that the location planning of agricultural products which takes into account the characteristics of complete cold chain and aging has the advantage of low comprehensive cost of cold chain.
