【摘要】:隨著人們的生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)和消費(fèi)意識(shí)的進(jìn)步,低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)逐步被政府和企業(yè)看重,成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要方向之一。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)是新時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新方向之一,傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式已無(wú)法適應(yīng)時(shí)代的要求,各行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的跨越式進(jìn)步給低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供了良好的技術(shù)與機(jī)制支撐,使得人們的生活方式和消費(fèi)方式不斷進(jìn)步。再制造能夠有效緩解對(duì)資源的消耗和廢棄物的遺棄,其巨大的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益使其成為制造商應(yīng)對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要決策。 本文主要研究低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)再制造閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈及其參與方?jīng)Q策的影響。通過(guò)建立制造商與零售商的兩級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈,運(yùn)用博弈論的理論與方法,分別考慮原產(chǎn)品和再制造產(chǎn)品無(wú)差異和存在差異兩種情況下,碳排放限制給供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn)及其決策帶來(lái)的變化。此外,在兩種產(chǎn)品有差異的基礎(chǔ)之上還討論了存在綠色消費(fèi)者這一特殊群體的供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作情況。本文主要結(jié)論為:(1)原產(chǎn)品與再制造產(chǎn)品無(wú)差異時(shí),若再制造減排水平較高,產(chǎn)品的零售價(jià)格和批發(fā)價(jià)格較無(wú)碳排放限制前更低,再制造產(chǎn)品的回收比例提高,制造商和零售商將會(huì)獲得額外的利潤(rùn),制造企業(yè)的碳排放總量和平均碳排放量均小于無(wú)限制時(shí)的相應(yīng)值;(2)原產(chǎn)品與再制造產(chǎn)品有差異時(shí),碳排放限制會(huì)導(dǎo)致兩種產(chǎn)品的零售價(jià)格和批發(fā)價(jià)格上漲,兩種產(chǎn)品的差異程度較大情況下,制造商和零售商所獲得的利潤(rùn)將高于無(wú)限制時(shí)的利潤(rùn)值;(3)當(dāng)市場(chǎng)中存在偏好再制造產(chǎn)品的綠色消費(fèi)者且其所占比例較大時(shí),政府限額越高,制造商的利潤(rùn)越高;(4)當(dāng)原產(chǎn)品與再制造產(chǎn)品有差異時(shí),政府碳排放限制能有效控制制造企業(yè)的碳排放總量,達(dá)到減排的目的。
[Abstract]:With the progress of people's consciousness of production, marketing and consumption, low carbon economy is gradually valued by the government and enterprises, and becomes one of the main directions of modern economic development. Low carbon economy is one of the new directions of sustainable development of economy in the new period. The traditional economic growth model has been unable to meet the requirements of the times. The leapfrog progress of economic technology in various industries has provided a good technical and mechanism support for the development of low-carbon economy. Remanufacturing can effectively alleviate the consumption of resources and the abandonment of waste, and its huge social and economic benefits make it an important decision for manufacturers to deal with low-carbon economy. This paper mainly studies the influence of low carbon economy on the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain and its participants' decision. By establishing a two-level supply chain between manufacturer and retailer, this paper applies the theory and method of game theory. Considering the difference between the original product and the remanufactured product, the change of the supply chain profit and its decision is caused by the carbon emission limitation. On the basis of the difference between the two products, the paper also discusses the supply chain operation of the special group of green consumers. The main conclusion of this paper is: (1) if there is no difference between the original product and the remanufactured product, if the level of remanufacturing emission reduction is high, The retail and wholesale prices of products are lower than before the carbon-free emissions limit, the recycling rate of remanufactured products is increased, and manufacturers and retailers will benefit from additional profits. The total amount of carbon emissions and the average carbon emissions of manufacturing enterprises are less than the corresponding value of non-limited products.) when there is a difference between the original product and the remanufactured product, the carbon emission limit will lead to the increase of retail and wholesale prices of the two products. When the difference between the two products is greater, manufacturers and retailers will earn a higher profit than the unconstrained profit. When there are green consumers who prefer remanufactured products in the market and their proportion is larger, the higher the government limit is. When there are differences between original products and remanufactured products, government carbon emission limits can effectively control the total amount of carbon emissions of manufacturing enterprises and achieve the purpose of reducing emissions.
