【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的到來,市場環(huán)境劇烈變化,競爭日趨白熱化,客戶要求更好的產(chǎn)品和更好的附加服務(wù),而供應(yīng)鏈管理影響著整個企業(yè)的效率以及顧客的滿意度,所以供應(yīng)鏈管理決策好壞成為決定企業(yè)競爭力的重要原因之一,對企業(yè)來說越來越重要。因此,有關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈管理的企業(yè)實踐活動以及學(xué)者界的相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)研究蓬勃發(fā)展。為了更好地推動供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域相關(guān)研究,我們有必要對其發(fā)展的熱點現(xiàn)狀以及前沿進行挖掘并加以分析,以期對未來的相關(guān)研究提供一定的方向。本文基于知識圖譜理論與方法,數(shù)據(jù)取自權(quán)威的SCI數(shù)據(jù)庫和CSSCI數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過對供應(yīng)鏈管理1998-2015年高水平文獻運用共詞分析,社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析,聚類分析等方法,借助Excel,Cite Space等軟件,勾勒出國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈管理的可視化圖譜;通過對可視化圖譜的分析,對當(dāng)前領(lǐng)域進行客觀的定性、定量研究,確定當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域研究熱點;基于引文分析描繪國家合作關(guān)系,并借助Google Earth軟件描繪領(lǐng)域熱點的相關(guān)文獻國家合作的地理分布圖,直觀地展現(xiàn)文獻的地域性特點和合作關(guān)系;利用Kleinberg算法探測出突顯詞,在突顯詞當(dāng)中根據(jù)一定方法對研究前沿進行提取和確定,并對前沿進行分析。本文通過研究得出以下幾個結(jié)論:第一,國外供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域研究熱點為:供應(yīng)鏈管理對組織績效的影響、綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理和閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈管理;國內(nèi)供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域為的研究熱點為:知識管理、綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理、信息共享、企業(yè)國際競爭力;第二,中國在供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域當(dāng)前熱點相關(guān)的主題發(fā)文量占據(jù)第一位,說明中國在該領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者嗅覺敏感,緊跟熱點;在領(lǐng)域當(dāng)前熱點相關(guān)文獻基于被引頻次的相關(guān)研究中,美國排名第一位,體現(xiàn)出了很強的影響力;第三,國內(nèi)近來的領(lǐng)域研究前沿為供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險管理以及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型在供應(yīng)鏈管理中的應(yīng)用,國際平臺中近來的研究前沿為綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理和企業(yè)動態(tài)理論在供應(yīng)鏈管理中的應(yīng)用,這些概念可以一定程度上指引領(lǐng)域的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of economic globalization, the market environment changes dramatically, the competition becomes more and more intense, the customers demand better products and better additional services, and supply chain management affects the efficiency of the whole enterprise and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the decision of supply chain management has become one of the important reasons to determine the competitiveness of enterprises, and it is becoming more and more important for enterprises. In order to promote the research of supply chain management, the enterprise practice and academic research on supply chain management are booming. It is necessary for us to mine and analyze the hot spots and frontiers in order to provide some direction for future research. Based on the theory and method of knowledge map, the data are taken from the authoritative SCI database and CSSCI database. Through the use of common word analysis, social network analysis, cluster analysis and so on to the high-level literature of supply chain management from 1998 to 2015, and with the help of Excel Cite Space software, the visual map of supply chain management at home and abroad is drawn, and the visual map is analyzed. Carry on the objective qualitative and quantitative research to the current field, determine the current research hotspot in the field of supply chain management, describe the country cooperation relationship based on the citation analysis, With the help of Google Earth software to depict the geographical distribution map of the national cooperation of the relevant literature of hot spots in the field, the regional characteristics and cooperative relations of the literature are displayed intuitively, and the prominent words are detected by using the Kleinberg algorithm. In salient words, according to a certain method to extract and determine the front of the research, and analysis of the front. Through the study, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, The research focus in the field of supply chain management abroad is: the impact of supply chain management on organizational performance, green supply chain management and closed-loop supply chain management; domestic supply chain management research focus on: knowledge management, green supply chain management, Second, China occupies the first place in the current hot topics of supply chain management, indicating that Chinese scholars in this field are sensitive and follow the hot spots. The United States ranks first in the relevant research on the current hot spots in the field based on the frequency of citation, showing a strong influence; third, The frontier of domestic research is the risk management of supply chain and the application of structural equation model in supply chain management. The recent research frontier of international platform is the application of green supply chain management and enterprise dynamic theory in supply chain management. To some extent, these concepts can guide the research direction of the field.
