基于有機RFID的大米供應鏈溯源系統(tǒng)關鍵技術研究

【摘要】:RFID具有簡單實用、應用靈活、適應惡劣環(huán)境等特點,廣泛應用食品安全、物流、交通等眾多領域,但RFID標簽的高成本卻制約其在食品安全溯源系統(tǒng)中應用。有機RFID在具備二維條碼廉、柔、薄等特點的同時,又保存了無機RFID標簽準確、易用、抗干擾、適用惡劣條件等大部分優(yōu)點。本文以有機RFID技術為基礎,提出了基于有機RFID的溯源系統(tǒng)。 大米交易環(huán)節(jié)繁多,每個環(huán)節(jié)都有可能導致運送袋上的條形碼與大米信息數(shù)據(jù)不對應,由此帶來的大米串貨現(xiàn)象非常普遍。另外,大米交易環(huán)境惡劣,裝訂在大米運送袋的條形碼容易損壞和脫落,致使大米信息丟失,從而使大米追溯無從著手。因此,將RFID技術應用于大米產(chǎn)品供應鏈,實施有效的跟蹤和追溯,建立安全、可靠、準確度高的大米供應鏈溯源系統(tǒng)勢在必行。 結合有機RFID的特點和大米行業(yè)特色,將有機RFID識別新技術引入大米溯源系統(tǒng)。對比分析了ALOHA算法、時隙ALOHA算法、二進制搜索算法和跳躍式二進制樹形算法的優(yōu)缺點,提出在有機RFID中應用跳躍式二進制樹形反碰撞算法,從而優(yōu)化了有機RFID的性能,實現(xiàn)有機RFID在大米供應鏈中大范圍應用。 在深入研究大米溯源系統(tǒng)基本原理的基礎上,結合有機RFID技術的功能,針對目前追溯系統(tǒng)的不足及其精確度有待提高的要求,將溯源樹算法應用于大米的加工子系統(tǒng)記錄和區(qū)分大米產(chǎn)品的信息數(shù)據(jù),并利用溯源查找算法對整個大米供應鏈各環(huán)節(jié)找出損壞或者丟失溯源信息數(shù)據(jù)。同時,提出關聯(lián)網(wǎng)模式從而使大米稻田信息、加工信息、倉儲信息、配送信息以及銷售信息統(tǒng)一關聯(lián),有效解決了運送袋上的條形碼與大米信息數(shù)據(jù)不對應而帶來的大米串貨現(xiàn)象。 針對現(xiàn)有溯源系統(tǒng)的局限和不足,依據(jù)大米行業(yè)種植、生產(chǎn)、加工和銷售各個環(huán)節(jié)的具體特點,把溯源系統(tǒng)分解為種植子系統(tǒng)、加工子系統(tǒng)、配送子系統(tǒng)、銷售子系統(tǒng)和消費者子系統(tǒng),設計出溯源系統(tǒng)各個子系統(tǒng)的具體模型,針對各環(huán)節(jié)合理的應用有機RFID技術,使溯源信息數(shù)據(jù)的條理性和模塊化,快速、準確實現(xiàn)大米的跟蹤和追溯,提出了適合大米的供應鏈的溯源系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:RFID has the characteristics of simple and practical, flexible application, adapt to harsh environment, widely used in many fields such as food safety, logistics, transportation, etc. However, the high cost of RFID label restricts its application in food safety traceability system. Organic RFID not only has the characteristics of two-dimensional bar code, such as cheap, soft and thin, but also keeps inorganic RFID tag accurate, easy to use and anti-interference. Based on organic RFID technology, a traceability system based on organic RFID is proposed. There are so many links in the rice trade that each link may cause the barcode on the delivery bag not to correspond to the rice information data, and the resulting rice string is very common. In addition, the rice trading environment is bad. The bar code that binds to the rice delivery bag is easy to damage and fall off, resulting in the loss of rice information, which makes rice traceability impossible. Therefore, the application of RFID technology in rice product supply chain, effective tracking and traceability, and the establishment of safety, Reliable and accurate rice supply chain traceability system is imperative. Combined with the characteristics of organic RFID and the characteristics of rice industry, this paper introduces the new technology of organic RFID recognition into rice traceability system. The advantages and disadvantages of ALOHA algorithm, slot ALOHA algorithm, binary search algorithm and jump binary tree algorithm are compared and analyzed. A jump binary tree anti-collision algorithm is proposed in organic RFID to optimize the performance of organic RFID and to realize the wide application of organic RFID in rice supply chain. On the basis of deeply studying the basic principle of rice traceability system, combined with the function of organic RFID technology, aiming at the deficiency of the current traceability system and the requirement of improving its precision, The traceability tree algorithm is applied to the processing subsystem of rice to record and distinguish the information data of rice products, and the traceability search algorithm is used to find out the damaged or lost traceability information data of the whole rice supply chain. In this paper, the associated network model is put forward to unify the information of rice paddy field, processing information, storage information, distribution information and sales information, which effectively solves the problem of rice bunching caused by the lack of correspondence between the barcode and the rice information data on the delivery bag. In view of the limitations and shortcomings of the existing traceability system, according to the specific characteristics of the rice industry, such as planting, production, processing and marketing, the traceability system is divided into planting subsystem, processing subsystem and distribution subsystem. The specific models of each subsystem of traceability system are designed for the sales subsystem and consumer subsystem. The organic RFID technology is applied reasonably to each link, which makes the traceability information data orderly and modularized. The traceability system of supply chain suitable for rice is put forward.
