【摘要】：考慮農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)融資中存在破產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),構(gòu)建政府提供補(bǔ)貼機(jī)制下,政府、零售商、農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的三階段博弈模型,給出實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)福利最大化的政府補(bǔ)貼機(jī)制,并探討政府補(bǔ)貼對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈各方利益的影響。研究表明:當(dāng)豐收年發(fā)生概率較大,且豐收年與災(zāi)害年的產(chǎn)出率比值較小時(shí),政府不應(yīng)提供補(bǔ)貼;當(dāng)豐收年發(fā)生概率較小時(shí),政府應(yīng)提供部分補(bǔ)貼;否則,政府應(yīng)提供全額補(bǔ)貼。政府補(bǔ)貼增加消費(fèi)者剩余與社會(huì)福利,還有利于零售商增收;但只有當(dāng)豐收年的產(chǎn)出率較高及價(jià)格敏感系數(shù)較小時(shí),或當(dāng)豐收年的產(chǎn)出率較低時(shí),政府補(bǔ)貼才有利于農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)增收。
[Abstract]:Considering the bankruptcy risk in the financing of agricultural enterprises, the three-stage game model of government, retailers and agricultural enterprises under the subsidy mechanism provided by the government is constructed, and the government subsidy mechanism to maximize the social welfare is given. The effects of government subsidies on the interests of all parties in the supply chain are discussed. The results show that the government should not provide subsidies when the probability of high harvest year is high and the ratio of output rate between high harvest year and disaster year is small, and when the probability of high harvest year is small, Governments should provide partial subsidies; otherwise, they should provide full subsidies. Government subsidies to increase consumer surplus and social welfare also help retailers to increase their income; but only when the output rate is higher and the price sensitivity factor is low in high harvest years, Or when the yield is low in high-harvest years, government subsidies are good for agribusiness income.
