【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化是企業(yè)增加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的戰(zhàn)略性必然選擇,供應(yīng)商作為供應(yīng)鏈源頭在供應(yīng)鏈中起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)直接影響著供應(yīng)商的被選擇性,進(jìn)而關(guān)系到采購產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、交貨期等,制約著供應(yīng)鏈的整體表現(xiàn)。供應(yīng)商之間的關(guān)系使供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化問題變得更加復(fù)雜,節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)間的關(guān)聯(lián)方式影響著供應(yīng)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)。石化工程項(xiàng)目中,物資采購費(fèi)用一般占項(xiàng)目總投資的50%以上,項(xiàng)目中采購物資的種類眾多、關(guān)系繁雜,并且供應(yīng)商之間存在影響關(guān)系。因此,需要研究供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)和供應(yīng)商關(guān)系對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的影響進(jìn)行研究。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: 1)選取了一個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)國家的乙烯裂解項(xiàng)目為典型石化工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)例,建立了以總評(píng)估成本最小為目標(biāo)的混合整數(shù)非線性模型作為供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)。 2)供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)供應(yīng)商歷史供應(yīng)表現(xiàn)的評(píng)估,具有一定的主觀性和實(shí)時(shí)更新性,本文通過所建的混合整數(shù)非線性數(shù)學(xué)模型分析了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)石化工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的影響以及供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)中主觀因素對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的影響。 3)石化工程項(xiàng)目中物資的內(nèi)在關(guān)系和不同采購方式使供應(yīng)商之間存在一定關(guān)聯(lián)性,本文通過所建的數(shù)學(xué)模型研究了供應(yīng)商的關(guān)系對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)石化工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈可以通過結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整達(dá)到供應(yīng)鏈的整體最優(yōu)。 本文以實(shí)際的石化工程項(xiàng)目為背景建立了工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃模型,并且研究了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)和供應(yīng)商關(guān)系對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的影響,為工程項(xiàng)目總承包商以后的招標(biāo)工作提供了理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Supply chain optimization is a strategic and inevitable choice for enterprises to increase their competitive advantage. As the source of supply chain, supplier plays an important role in the supply chain. The evaluation of suppliers directly affects the selectivity of suppliers. The relationship between suppliers makes the optimization problem of supply chain more complex, which is related to the quality of purchasing products, delivery time and so on, and restricts the overall performance of supply chain. In petrochemical engineering projects, the purchase cost of materials generally accounts for more than 50% of the total investment of the project, and there are many kinds of materials purchased in the project, and the relationship is complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to study the impact of supplier evaluation and supplier relationship on supply chain optimization. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) the ethylene cracking project in a developed country is selected as a typical petrochemical engineering project, and a mixed integer nonlinear model with minimum total evaluation cost is established as the basis of supply chain optimization. 2) supplier evaluation is an evaluation of supplier's historical supply performance, which is subjective and updated in real time. In this paper, the influence of supplier evaluation on supply chain optimization of petrochemical engineering projects and the influence of subjective factors in supplier evaluation on supply chain optimization are analyzed by using the mixed integer nonlinear mathematical model. 3) the internal relations of materials and materials in petrochemical engineering project and different purchasing methods make the suppliers have certain relevance. This paper studies the influence of supplier relationship on the supply chain optimization through the mathematical model established in this paper. It is found that the supply chain of petrochemical engineering project can be optimized by adjusting the structure of the supply chain. In this paper, the mathematical programming model of supply chain optimization of engineering projects is established under the background of actual petrochemical engineering projects, and the influence of supplier evaluation and supplier relationship on supply chain optimization is studied. It provides theoretical guidance for the bidding work of the general contractor of the project.
