【摘要】:螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過近二三十年的迅速發(fā)展,由于具有噪音低、螺桿不易損耗、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),迅速地?fù)屨剂嗽瓉淼幕钊綁嚎s機(jī)市場(chǎng)份額。但隨著時(shí)間的推移,中國(guó)市場(chǎng)上原來由國(guó)際巨頭所壟斷的螺桿壓縮機(jī)市場(chǎng)份額逐步被國(guó)內(nèi)廠家蠶食,廠家之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,壓縮機(jī)價(jià)格逐步降低。通過壓縮機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈分析發(fā)現(xiàn),備件和售后維修服務(wù)存在較大的利潤(rùn),特別是壓縮機(jī)主機(jī)這一核心部件的維修和服務(wù)價(jià)格虛高。同時(shí),市場(chǎng)上存量壓縮機(jī)數(shù)量巨大,而廠家對(duì)主機(jī)的保固年限一般不超過5年,因此主機(jī)維修需求較大。壓縮機(jī)主機(jī)維修基本被廠家所壟斷,這是因?yàn)槌枰邆鋵I(yè)的技術(shù)外,維修零部件的獲得也是一個(gè)瓶頸。作者準(zhǔn)備基于空氣壓縮機(jī)行業(yè)的多年經(jīng)驗(yàn),利用自己的技術(shù)能力和掌握的供應(yīng)鏈,以及合作伙伴的技術(shù)和市場(chǎng)開拓能力,創(chuàng)立奔騰機(jī)械有限公司。本論文將應(yīng)用創(chuàng)業(yè)管理的相關(guān)理論,分析成立一家壓縮機(jī)主機(jī)維修公司的可行性以及具體的創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃。研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為,公司應(yīng)當(dāng)利用我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、破壞性技術(shù)、服務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈建立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。建議首先在深圳地區(qū)成立一家壓縮機(jī)維修服務(wù)公司,覆蓋華南地區(qū),逐步向華東、華北、華中以及西部地區(qū)滲透,通過復(fù)制這種模式將業(yè)務(wù)連鎖擴(kuò)展到全國(guó)范圍以及東南亞地區(qū)。財(cái)務(wù)分析表明,本創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目首先要投入60萬元,預(yù)計(jì)貼現(xiàn)投資回收期為1.64年,5年內(nèi)部收益率為103%。研究表明,這是一個(gè)低投入高回報(bào)的創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目,原因在于技術(shù)門檻高,產(chǎn)品服務(wù)價(jià)格高,而零部件及服務(wù)成本相對(duì)較低。
[Abstract]:The market of screw air compressor has been developing rapidly for nearly 20 or 30 years. It has the advantages of low noise, low loss of screw, simple structure, reliable work, long service life, etc. Quickly seized the market share of the original piston compressor. But with the passage of time, the market share of the screw compressor originally monopolized by the international giants in China was gradually eroded by domestic manufacturers, and the competition between the manufacturers was fierce. The compressor price decreases gradually. Through the compressor industry value chain analysis, it is found that the spare parts and after-sale maintenance services have a large profit, especially the maintenance and service price of the compressor mainframe, which is a core component. At the same time, The quantity of compressor in stock in the market is huge, and the guarantee life of manufacturer to mainframe is not more than 5 years, so the mainframe maintenance demand is great. The mainframe maintenance of compressor is basically monopolized by the manufacturer, this is because, in addition to having professional technology, The availability of maintenance components is also a bottleneck. Based on years of experience in the air compressor industry, the author intends to take advantage of his technical skills and mastery of the supply chain, as well as the technical and market development capabilities of his partners. This paper will analyze the feasibility of establishing a compressor mainframe maintenance company and the specific business plan by applying the theory of entrepreneurial management. The research results show that the company should make use of our experience. Destructive technologies, services, and supply chains build competitive advantage. It is suggested that a compressor maintenance service company be set up in Shenzhen to cover southern China and gradually infiltrate into East, North, Central and Western China. By replicating this model, the business chain will be extended to the whole country and Southeast Asia. The financial analysis shows that this venture project needs to invest 600,000 yuan first, the estimated payback period of the discount investment is 1.64 years, and the internal return rate of five years is 103%. This is a low investment high return entrepreneurial project, due to high barriers to technology, high prices of products and services, and components and service costs are relatively low.
