【摘要】：分析對比了我國與發(fā)達(dá)國家的綠色供應(yīng)鏈在時代背景、針對問題和思路方法等方面的不同,明確了我國現(xiàn)階段特殊的環(huán)境形勢、管理需求、市場需求、全社會環(huán)境意識等方面的基礎(chǔ)條件。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合"雙高"產(chǎn)品名錄、企業(yè)環(huán)境信用、環(huán)保領(lǐng)跑者等對產(chǎn)品和企業(yè)進(jìn)行綠色程度評估與區(qū)分的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)工作的進(jìn)展和成果,提出了先期構(gòu)建"高低分明"的綠色供應(yīng)鏈的政策框架與方法路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and compares the differences of green supply chain between China and developed countries in the background of the times, aiming at the problems and thinking methods, and clarifies the special environmental situation, management demand and market demand of our country at the present stage. Basic conditions of environmental awareness in the whole society. On this basis, the progress and achievements of the basic work related to the assessment and differentiation of the green degree of products and enterprises with the combination of the "double high" product list, enterprise environmental credit, environmental protection leaders, etc., This paper puts forward the policy framework and method of constructing green supply chain.
