家電制造業(yè)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:我國的制造業(yè)隨著改革開放幾十年的發(fā)展進(jìn)步日新月異,中國成為眾多知名品牌商信賴轉(zhuǎn)移的地方,以家電行業(yè)為例,幾乎所有知名的家電品牌都有中國生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品。但是伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化程度的加深,國內(nèi)市場增長動(dòng)力不足等問題困擾著我國家電行業(yè)正常運(yùn)行。在原材料成本上漲、能源價(jià)格上升、人民幣升值等眾多不利因素影響下,家電產(chǎn)品成本不斷提高,我國家電企業(yè)依靠的低制造成本優(yōu)勢開始逐漸變得不明顯,企業(yè)面對激烈競爭,只有通過不斷降低銷售價(jià)格來占領(lǐng)市場份額,這對我國家電企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展構(gòu)成了越來越嚴(yán)重的威脅,所以通過供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)模型來解決家電制造業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展問題就顯得非常重要了。從供應(yīng)鏈流程的角度分析了家電企業(yè)物流、商業(yè)流和資金流之間存在的一系列的問題,然后針對出現(xiàn)的問題對癥下藥,從而做到保證家電企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈高效運(yùn)行。論文通過查閱國內(nèi)外關(guān)于績效評價(jià)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合已有的供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系以及評價(jià)模型,并借助家電行業(yè)特點(diǎn),建立以家電企業(yè)為例的供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過理論研究和案例分析相結(jié)合的方法探究我國家電企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)體系狀態(tài),將家電制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈流程進(jìn)行細(xì)化,利用平衡計(jì)分卡理論模型和其他供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)指標(biāo)從兩個(gè)方面對家電制造企業(yè)的核心目標(biāo)和供應(yīng)鏈管理需求做出定性和定量衡量,研究提出的供應(yīng)鏈評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系總共分為三個(gè)層面:家電企業(yè)、上游供應(yīng)商和下游銷售商,另外通過更加細(xì)化的細(xì)分指標(biāo)來進(jìn)一步準(zhǔn)確地評價(jià)家電企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈績效。通過以家電制造業(yè)企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)為依據(jù),以便于體現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對家電企業(yè)運(yùn)行好壞的重要性,本研究選取在家電企業(yè)中比較有代表性的企業(yè)——格力企業(yè)為例,為了對其三個(gè)層面詳細(xì)闡述供應(yīng)鏈績效指標(biāo)評價(jià),必須先對格力企業(yè)的本身經(jīng)營狀況、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行以及對供應(yīng)商和銷售商采取的合作策略進(jìn)行了解之后才能有效實(shí)施。能夠反映供應(yīng)鏈整體狀況的指標(biāo)體系,不是單個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的單一評價(jià),還要兼顧上下游企業(yè)的整體考量以及效果,通盤的評價(jià)才能更加全面的體現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈績效的高低水平以及運(yùn)行程度。對于之前歸納的各個(gè)細(xì)化指標(biāo)在其系統(tǒng)中績效權(quán)重運(yùn)用層次分析法進(jìn)行定量,同時(shí)將該權(quán)重與實(shí)際值進(jìn)行綜合計(jì)算對比。本研究從財(cái)務(wù)角度對供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)的綜合指標(biāo)進(jìn)行歸納構(gòu)建,并進(jìn)行計(jì)算以及分析,之后把結(jié)果和實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行比較,最后就出現(xiàn)異常指標(biāo)的地方進(jìn)行針對性優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and progress of China's manufacturing industry in the decades of reform and opening up, China has become a place where the trust of many well-known brands has been transferred, taking the household appliance industry as an example. Almost all well-known home appliance brands have products produced in China. However, with the deepening of global economic integration, problems such as insufficient domestic market growth power are puzzling the normal operation of the domestic appliance industry. The raw material costs are rising. Under the influence of many unfavorable factors, such as rising energy price and appreciation of RMB, the cost of household appliances is constantly rising. The advantages of low manufacturing cost that Chinese home appliance enterprises rely on become less obvious gradually, and enterprises are facing fierce competition. Only by continuously reducing the sales price to occupy the market share, this has posed an increasingly serious threat to the long-term development of Chinese household appliance enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to solve the problem of household appliance manufacturing enterprise development through the supply chain performance evaluation model. From the point of view of supply chain flow, this paper analyzes a series of problems between the logistics, commercial flow and capital flow of home appliance enterprises. Then, aiming at the problems, we can ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain of household appliances enterprises. Through consulting the relevant literature on performance evaluation at home and abroad, combined with the existing supply chain performance evaluation index system and evaluation model. With the help of the characteristics of household appliances industry, this paper establishes a supply chain performance evaluation index system taking household appliance enterprises as an example, and probes into the status of supply chain performance evaluation system of domestic appliance enterprises through the method of combining theoretical research and case analysis. The supply chain flow of household appliance manufacturing enterprises is refined, and the core objectives and supply chain management requirements of home appliance manufacturing enterprises are measured qualitatively and quantitatively by using the balanced scorecard theory model and other supply chain performance evaluation indicators. The evaluation index system of supply chain is divided into three levels: appliance enterprises, upstream suppliers and downstream vendors. In addition, through more detailed subdivision indicators to further accurately evaluate the supply chain performance of household appliances enterprises. In order to reflect the importance of the performance evaluation index system of supply chain to the operation of household appliance enterprises, this study chooses Gree enterprise, which is a representative enterprise in the household appliance enterprise, as an example. In order to expound the performance index evaluation of supply chain in detail, we must first analyze the management condition of Gree enterprise. Production operation and cooperation strategies adopted by suppliers and vendors can be implemented effectively. The index system which can reflect the overall situation of supply chain is not a single evaluation of a single node enterprise. We also have to take into account the overall considerations and effects of upstream and downstream enterprises. The overall evaluation can more comprehensively reflect the level of supply chain performance and the degree of operation. At the same time, the weight is compared with the actual value. From the financial point of view, the comprehensive index of supply chain performance evaluation is constructed, calculated and analyzed, and then the results are compared with the actual situation. Finally, the abnormal indicators are optimized and improved.
